"It was an amazing stay with everything we needed on the houseboat. Great accommodation in a lovely little area on Victoria Quays. It was a little breezy on Friday so the boat moved a little bit after that hardly any movement at all. Really clean boat that provided everything you needed and more. Would 100% recommend. "

"Property was very well equipped and organised. It was clean and had everyting we needed for our stay. The best bit for us was the proximity to Ponds Forge - my daughter was competing there and having a house and being able to cook is so much better than being in a hotel room for the week."

The phone number that was with the booking was supposed to be a helpdesk with the operator being anything but helpful. We had a look for help at the property but could not find anyone on two separate occasions; we were also astounded to discover that the accommodation was in the middle of a wedding venue and NOT the wedding we were attending. "It is a tiny, but wonderful, cottage. It is so homely and ‘liveable’ and the owner, Katie, has obviously tried to provide everything you might need to enjoy a comfortable stay. "Took our family for 50th wedding anniversary. Stayed a week. Nobody wanted to leave. Incredible, amazing, wonderful, fantastic! Wanted for nothing as it was so well equipped. The pool was gorgeous, pool table constantly in use, games galore to play and super hot tub and sauna. What more can one say. A truly superb week! A huge thankyou to the hosts."

"The apartment was not very clean and had a horrible damp smell, really disappointed as it was not like portrayed in the pictures. Finger prints all over the walls and even foot prints on the roof (no idea how they got there). No cooking facilities, shouldn’t be advertised as an apartment if there is just a microwave, more of a room with a few extras. Would not recommend "

"The location in the centre of the city is excellent, if a little difficult to drive up to due to traffic restrictions. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and understanding, providing really great service.
