"The cabin was as pictured; nice furniture, a well equipped kitchen and 2 nice bedrooms. The main attraction though, was the Escanaba River flowing just steps from the cabin. The expansive deck was perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed watching birds and seeing deer along the gravel road nearby. "

"The Mill House was exactly what our family needed! It was cozy and felt like our little home away from home. Great location! The house was clean, well taken care of, and just the right size for us. The owners were available, if needed. Everything went great during our stay. There was plenty of wildlife around, and we got to see the Northern Lights! We would definitely come back! Thank you! "

"The cabin met our expectations and more! So much history about the builders of tue cabin inside is truly is a gem! Extremely cozy and comfortable for our group! "

"Nicely stocked house! We had a nice stay for 3 nights. It isn't a perfect house. 1) The water is STINKY! To the point you don't want to shower or even turn on the hot water. 2) The house is 25 yards off of a highway with LOTS of transport trucks going by. If you are a light sleeper just know this. We closed the bedroom door and that helped but didn't eliminate the road noise. 3) The bed is rock hard! I've never been on a bed this firm! I'm 6'1" and about 195 and I don't think my body...
