"I loved the oak trees and the birds. Our site had an amazing view of the ocean as we were on the 3rd floor. We saw humpback whales, dolphins, pelicans, terns, grebes, and more. We appreciated our time there and intend to return."

We got their Monday at 8:15 pm, after driving 9 hours , I had to clean the previous guest dishes that were still in the dishwasher dirty. Housekeeper did not make bunk beds , restroom reeked of urine. The housekeeper did not do anything , the sheets on the bed in the bedroom were dirty. If I could rent directly through the owner and VRBO I would...

"Beautiful place, in a peaceful neighborhood. Beach access is right across the street. No complaints. Great shops right there. The owner, Mike was great, he responded all the questions right away."

"The house was very clean and had a lot to offer in the way of amenities. It was too cold to go into the ocean at that time, but the hot tub was available, and the pool could be used too if the heater is requested. Enjoyed using the propane fire pit several times, and there is a great view of the surrounding area from the highest vantage point on the deck. This is definitely a place that I would not mind returning to."

"Would definitely stay here again! It was the perfect kitchen for a larger Thanksgiving meal and as a bonus, there were two fridges. The house was very clean with great access to the beach. From the second story, you can see the water. And of course, there were lots of horses."

"Great house for a multiple family stay! 2 dishwashers & 2 refrigerators. Wild horses literally walked through the yard. Convenient beach access, ocean views from the house, quiet neighborhood. "

"Nice but I didn’t know about needing sheets and towels until enroute so had to buy new ones when I had many at home I could have brought along. The blankets and quilts provided need to be laundered. They smelled of other people’s uses. Otherwise everything was great"

"We stayed at the property to celebrate a friend’s birthday celebration in the area. The condo was a perfect place to relax and rest. It was also comfortable and quiet within the condo. Location was in a prime area and close to a lot of amenities by car less than 5 mins to the Duck Boardwalk. You could also walk into Duck- It’s @ 20min walk. Easy to get to Kitty Hawk and museum as well. Everyone, including my 15 y.o., enjoyed the space and location. "

"I love traveling but one thing I hate is knowing I have to lay my head down in a room that is not mine. My stay and my room was exceptional!! Clean, clean, clean. I felt so comfortable. The atmosphere was very peaceful and I loved being on the water. I will definitely be back !!!"
