The flat is located in the city of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, an area very close to Barcelona and well connected to the city centre. Located in a quiet residential area and surrounded by local shops and small restaurants, this neighbourhood is an excellent choice for those looking for an authentic local experience.

The history of the area dates back to the 14th century, when the municipality of L'Hospitalet was founded. The town developed thanks to agriculture, especially the production of wine and olive oil. In the 19th century, with the arrival of the Industrial Revolution, the town expanded and became an important centre for the textile and metallurgical industries. Today, L'Hospitalet is a modern and growing city with a wide variety of shops, restaurants and places of interest.

Among the tourist attractions close to the flat is the Torreblanca park, a beautiful green space with walking trails and picnic areas. From the airport to the apartment

To get to the apartment from the airport, simply take the metro line L9 to the Collblanc stop. Then, walk a few minutes to the floor.

From the apartment to Plaça Catalunya

To get to Plaça Catalunya from the apartment, you just have to take the L5 metro line to the Plaça de Sants stop. Then, you will have to transfer to line L1 to the Plaça Catalunya stop and you will already be in the center!

From the apartment to Sagrada Familia

To get to the Sagrada Familia from the apartment, you just have to take the L5 metro line to the Sagrada Familia stop. When you leave the subway station, you will be in front of our beautiful church.

From the floor to Park Güell

To get to Park Güell, you will only have to take the L5 metro line to the Diagonal stop. Then, transfer to line L3 to the Lesseps stop and walk a few minutes to the entrance of the park.

From the apartment to Barceloneta beach

To go to Barceloneta beach, all you will have to do is take the L5 metro line to the Verdaguer stop. Then, transfer to line L4 to the Barceloneta stop and walk to the beach.

From the apartment to the Gothic Quarter

To go to the Gothic Quarter, you will only have to take the L5 metro line to the Sants Estació stop. Then, simply transfer to the L3 line to the Liceu stop. When you leave the subway, you will be 2 minutes from the Gothic Quarter

All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.

Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.


Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
There is a € 5 management fee.

-The apartment is equipped with fire extinguisher and also with a anti-theft alarm which is optional for our guests to connect it.
- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival
- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Parties are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
- The flat´s capacity is of 4 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Please take out the trash before check-out.
- Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.
- You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.

Our stay at this property was filled with issues that made the experience frustrating and disappointing. From the start, check-in was a mess—we were left waiting outside past our check-in time because the person hired to let us in was late and completely unprepared. He initially took us to the wrong apartment and seemed confused about where the keys were, delaying our entry by an hour.The disorganization continued throughout our stay. The host failed to register our passports properly, which meant we had to interrupt our vacation to meet another staff member for a second verification. The WiFi never worked, and despite reporting the issue, no real solution was provided. Communication was also chaotic—we were passed between different people, making it difficult to resolve any problems.To top it off, the cleaning staff showed up before check-out time and entered our private terrace unannounced, which felt like a real violation of privacy. The host later tried to deny this, but I have photo proof that their staff was there before we had even checked out.I cannot recommend this rental to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free stay. The host was unwilling to provide fair compensation for the many issues we experienced, so be aware that if things go wrong, you may be left dealing with it on your own. There are plenty of better options—do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Wir hatten eine saubere ordentliche Wohnung. Wir waren mit dem Gesamtpaket durchaus zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Das Stadtviertel ist jedoch gut 35-40 Min. von der historischen Altstadt bzw. dem Strand entfernt. Das ist der einzige Nachteil der Wohnung, dafür sind aber zwei U-Bahn Stationen in der Nähe. Personen die Schwierigkeiten mit dem Treppen steigen haben, würde ich die Wohnung nicht empfehlen. Insgesamt kann man die Wohnung empfehlen.

Si vous souhaitez un hébergement avec du mobilier cassé et des portes et fenêtres qui ne ferment pas! Vous êtes au bon endroit! Niveau sécurité on est sur le néant! Ne venez pas avec vos affaires importante sinon vous pouvez leur dure adieu ! N’importe qui peut entrer sans braquer l’appartement. Vraiment dommage car si il avait été propre et sécurisé il aurait été plutôt sympa! La literie est sale mais confortable. La cuisine il y manque la moitié des éléments mais elle reste plus ou moins fonctionnelle. Le petit coin terrasse est correct. Vraiment très très déçu! À ce prix là il pourrait réparer les fenêtres et la porte.
