This recently refurbished house, just 5 min walking distance to the beach, offers all the comfort of a hotel, while maintaining the intimate atmosphere of a home.



On the ground floor you find the living-and dining room, kitchen, patio w grill and WC. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms located, 1 of them w En-suite bathroom and separate full bathroom. The upper floor provides a chill-out area w second TV, 2 sofa beds and another separated double bedroom w access to a solarium terrace.



Air-conditioning in all areas, +4* linen and towels and two separated living room/ chill-out areas provide the perfect conditions for a relaxing stay. Large flat screen TV with Netflix access to international movies in the main living room.



The privileged location, next to the beach, within the beautiful town of Vilassar the Mar and only 25 minutes to Barcelona center assure you a easy access to everywhere.



The house provides a private parking garage for a medium size car.

At the entrance of the house there is a camera that only works when the alarm is activated.

On the ground floor is the living room, a fully equipped kitchen that connects directly with a patio. Above, on the first floor, there are 2 single rooms and 2 doubles, 1 of them with en suite bathroom and another separate bathroom. The upper floor offers a multifunctional area with 2 single beds plus an extra bed. This room has direct access to the solarium.



There is air conditioning in some of the areas, sheets and towels and fully prepared rooms provide the perfect conditions for a relaxing stay. A large flat screen TV is in the living room.



The privileged location, next to the beach and the train station, within the beautiful town of Vilassar de Mar, and only 25 minutes from the center of Barcelona ensures easy access to it everywhere.



The house offers a private garage for two medium size car (big cars do NOT fit because of tiny entrance).







General description of the neighborhood:

The house is located in a very quiet area, a few meters from all kinds of shops: restaurants, supermarkets, banks, etc. It is a quiet neighborhood, typical of a coastal town, with charm and emblematic buildings. About 6 minute walk is the promenade, with clear water beaches, with typical boats of fishermen and chiringuitos where you can enjoy night and day. During the summer, all the towns in the area celebrate the typical festivities, so there are many activities to participate in, a lively atmosphere, fireworks, good gastronomy, etc.



Every Thursday, there is a market for clothing and fresh products from the area. On Sundays in the morning there is another market with seasonal organic products, called the Flower market.



Near the village there is a large water park called Isla Fantasía where you can go for a full-day experience.





How to move around:

The station of Vilassar de Mar is located about 6 minute walk from the apartment. There are trains every 7-15 minutes to Barcelona (lasts about 25 minutes) or to Costa Brava. To get to the town from Barcelona: Barcelona-Plaça de Catalunya or Barcelona-Sants line R1 train Maçanet-Massanes or Mataró to the stop Vilassar de Mar, about 35 minutes.



By bus, every 30 minutes to Barcelona, ​​lasts about 35 minutes. You can also reach the village through the motorway or the N-II road that runs along the coast.

Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-ins outside these hours are subject to availability and additional charges.
