Located away from the hassle in the busy city centre, but just a 15 min metro ride away from Plaça Catalunya (the most touristic and historical part of Barcelona). The stop is just a few steps away from the apartment, on the other side of the Viaducte de Vallcarca's bridge.
You can arrive to Parc Güell by foot in just a few minutes. If you'd rather take the bus (92) is just a few meters away from the apartment and it will drop you off right in front of Parc Güell's Entrance.

Transportation:
We recommend using public transportation: The "Vallcarca" metro stop (L3) is about 3 minutes (190 meters) walking from the apartment and takes you directly to the city centre.
You can also take Bus 28 to get to Plaça Catalunya, while doing some sightseeing of the. During the drive, we will pass by Paseo de Gracia, one of the most famous and well known avenues in Barcelona, where we will be able to admire two of the best well known art pieces of the catalan architect Gaudí: the "Casa Batlló" and the "Casa Milá" or "Pedrera".
We will also see other symbolic and emblematic buildings that belong to the modern ages of Barcelona.
There's a paid public parking: Parking Miguel de la Capilla, about 550 meters from the apartment.
Barcelona airport: Barcelona's airport is located 16.6 kilometers away, about 20-25 minutes by taxi from the flat.
Comments:
- If you wish to sleep separately, it is important to advise before or while making the reservation. In any case, at least 3 days before your arrival. Depending on the variation it implies, it may be charged separately (15€/set)
- City Tax is 2,48€ per person and day.
- The city council of Barcelona charges a municipal surcharge of 4,40€ per person/day to all guests of tourist accommodation.
BE AWARE ! IF YOU BOOK THROUGH AIRBNB THE CITY TAXE & MUNICIPAL SURCHARGE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE AND ARE TO BE PAID ASIDE.
- Check-in is possible after 15h.
- There is a late check-in fee of 30 € for check-ins between 20 and 23.59h, any time later than that will be 50 €. This is to be paid directly to the check-in agent in cash. Otherwise, VAT must be added to it.
- Sheets and towels (shower) are provided for the amount of guests indicated in the reservation. Any extra set (towels or sheets) is 15€.
- Beach towels are not provided.
- The cleaning fee covers the final cleaning at the end of your stay.
- PARTIES are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN

There is a mandatory tourist tax of 2,48€/person/night and a municipal surcharge of 4,40€/person/night which is to be paid upon arrival, as it is not included in the rate. It has to be paid directly to the rental agency.
Smoking, group dinners, parties and noise after 9pm are absolutely prohibited. Police fine goes between € 200 and € 600 and are paid at the moment.
People under the age of 30 are not allowed in the property unless they come with their elders.
There is a late check-in fee of €30 for check-ins between 8pm and 11.59pm, and €50 for later check-ins. This fee must be paid in cash directly to the check-in agent. Otherwise, VAT must be added to it.
There is a damage deposit of €200 (credit card authorisation) to be paid upon arrival. For stays under 7 days, it is released automatically up to 7 days after your depature (if the apartment is left in good conditions). This is not applicable for reservations via Airbnb.
This is an in-person check-in, you will coordinate with an agent to enter the property.
Check in time is from 15h to 20h.
When checking in later, note that there is a late check-in fee of €30 for check-ins between 8pm and 11.59pm, and €50 for later check-ins. This fee must be paid in cash directly to the check-in agent. Otherwise, VAT must be added to it.
A few days before your arrival, you will receive a PreCheck-in Form that requires you to fill out your passport, contact and arrival details. It is essential that you indicate the estimated time of your arrival in here.
ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL: to make sure that we are able to meet you on time at the apartment, it is necessary that you call us at least 30-40 minutes before arriving to the apartment on the check-in agent's phone number indicated in the Guest Portal (using the link of the PreCheck-in Form). If you do not call us on time, you might need to wait for the check-in agent.

ON THE DAY OF YOUR CHECK-OUT: Turn all lights and electric devices off. Do the dishes, take out the rubbish, and leave the keys on the main table before exiting the apartment.
