"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the four poster suite. Very comfortable bed and lovely shower. We were met by Joan who was extremely hospitable and helpful with recommendations for restaurants, etc. Very good breakfast which was freshly prepared to order. "Needed to stay in the area 4 nights for work, chose this hotel because it was attached to a pub so after a day's work wouldn't have to go into Ledbury to eat. The pub was not open and I didn't see any member of staff during the stay. I had a phone number which I used to ask for more milk and coffee in the room, came back to find a couple of sachets balanced on the windowsill. No one came int the room to clean, change towels, etc. "

"very friendly staff. the bedroom was clean and comfortable. the breakfast in the morning had many choices and my husband decided on eggs on toast and i had the eggs royale which we both enjoyed. some one had removed the tv control from the bedroom but reception replaced it but it still did not work but we were able to change channels on the tv itself. there was a mirror in the bathroom but none in the bedroom so it was difficult to use the hair dryer to see how to style your hair. these were...

"Stayed here overnight after attending a funeral and didn’t want to drive the 3 hrs home immediately. I was traveling alone and felt very safe at The Swan The room was very pleasant with a nice river view and bed very comfy. I didn’t have an evening meal but had an extremely good cooked breakfast in the morning before driving home. Staff very friendly "

"Our room was very comfy, very clean and looked freshly decorated. The food was fantastic. We arrived early and had such a good lunch we came back with family for a meal in the evening. The full breakfast was great too. "
