"This property was a great base for our Tuscan travels. We were able to hit a lot of small towns in the area, and Firenze as well. It had great amenities such as a pool and the ability to charge my electrical rental car (not that easy in Tuscany). The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was well appointed. The hosts met us upon arrival to get us oriented and offered their WhatsApp before we got there to make sure everything would be great for our visit.This was a great space for our family."

"We had a fabulous stay! Absolutely stunning grounds, amazing pool and pool area and our apartment was so well equipped. Very luxurious! We very much appreciated the bottle of wine and Olive oil from the estate and would have loved to do the winery tour if it weren’t for having the kids with us! We felt we managed the perfect balance of relaxation with getting out and about and visiting places, it is in a great location to be able to do this. "We had a wonderful stay in this little castle hideaway. We had 3 glorious weeks in Italy, and this was our favorite spot of the trip. Cindy was a wonderful host, giving us great tips and very useful connections. The food in the town was also excellent, just steps away from your door. We are only telling our closest friends about this place however, as we want to be able to go back. May we suggest that others that stay here follow the same policy.."

"Our stay was excellent. Location, location, location. Small town atmosphere while within reach of anywhere you wanted to go in Tuscany. Sylvia was the best hostess! The “feel at home” stay after spending time touring Tuscany is second to none. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to both tour Tuscany and feel like a local living in Tuscany at the same time. And the swimming pool was awesome. Absolutely perfect in each and every way!!!"

"Our hosts Sylvia and Franco were extremely helpful prior to our stay as well as during. They provided maps for hiking and for interesting villages to see in the area! The hotel is in a very small area but accessible to a wide area. Restaurant across road is highly recommended. The hotel has a beautiful pool, well maintained and an area for table tennis or relaxing. Many BBQ’s are available for use."

"We had a wonderful holiday. The location is perfect with a short walk into the nearest town where there are restaurants and bars. The villa and pool are very well-maintained with amazing views across the countryside. Great location for day trips into Florence. The host is really lovely and so friendly. "

"The apartment is at the heart of the small village, central to several great restaurants and practically across the street from the incredible 11th century abbey. The place was very clean and has been recently renovated, but still had a very historic feel to it. Emanuel, our host, was very friendly and gracious. He offered several personal recommendations to restaurants and a wine tasting at a nearby castle, all of which were great! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Five adults and a bambino stayed for 5 nights. Lovely greeting from the host whose English is limited as is our Italian but we managed well with Google translate. Amazing views. Fabulous pool. Fantastic dining nearby with our favorite being Il Caratello with good gluten free options and great service."
