Balun is the most widely used and performed folk dance on the Istrian peninsula.The villa can accommodate up to 8 people. It has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. From the modern kitchen and a living room you have access to the outdoor terrace and pool. Relax on the terrace with a splash of premium Istrian wine with a beautiful sunset. Sun loungers and an outdoor shower are available to guests on the pool beach. A dog pool (approximately 75 cm wide), a barbecue, and a children's playground are also available.If you arrive in the colder months, the house offers you an indoor wood-burning fireplace and underfloor heating in all bathrooms.The distance from the house to the store is 550 m, and to the top restaurant is 450 m. In the village there is also a circular walking trail of 1 km and a farm of Istrian cattle-boškarin. In the vicinity of the village there is also the adrenaline park Glavani (7.5 km), the cave Feštinsko kraljevstvo (8 km), the Morosini Grimani castle (6.9 km). Almost all beaches and cities in Istria are within 20-30 minutes by car.
