"From the initial enquiry, communication with the owners was excellent. Anne and Frédéric are excellent hosts, very helpful without being intrusive. The accommodation cannot be faulted. Clean, very well equipped and very spacious. Small but well stocked supermarket within 5 minutes. Larger Carrefour and E Leclerc hypermarkets within 20 minutes. Pleasant 3 mile walk through vineyards and around a lake straight from the Gite with more demanding and walks and hikes within driving distance....

"This was a fantastic apartment, two good sized rooms that kept cool by being downstairs, the lounge/kitchen was upstairs and perfectly appointed, easy to cook in and comfortable to relax in. The swimming pool was great to finish the days off with a quick dip and the shower / bathroom was great too. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the location was very good to see the whole region."

"We are a family of 5, with 3 teens. We had so much space in really clean and comfortable surroundings. Communication was excellent and Martine and Jean were good hosts. The pool area with outdoor kitchen was lovely and peaceful and the garage with ping pong a treat! Would recommend to families or groups. We would return ( and remember all our belongings next time! - thank you Martine!) "

"Das Häuschen liegt idyllisch mitten im Ort. Trotz, dass Bahn und Autobahn Luftlinie keinen Kilometer entfernt sind hört man, wenn überhaupt, dann nur ein Rauschen. Die Glocken von Burg und Kirche hört man gut. Das war für uns aber angenehm. Die Burgruine direkt gegenüber ist so schön 😍 Was man in einem so kleinen Dorf natürlich auch oft hört sind Hunde. Aber auch das gehört für uns dazu. Zum Haus selbst: Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Schlafcouch ist nur etwas für fitte junge Leute....

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung besitzt einen rustikalen Charme, ist aber komfortabel. Von der großzügigen Terrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick, die Lage ist sehr ruhig, dennoch sind sehr viele interessante Ziele schnell zu erreichen. "Wir waren mit fünf Personen im Haus. Dafür ist das Haus eigentlich fast zu groß, aber wir haben das großzügige Raumangebot genossen. So waren wirklich genug Rückzugsräume vorhanden. Dem einen Kind war z.B. der riesengroße Raum unter dem Dach zu warm, so konnte es in einen anderen Raum umziehen. Der riesengroße Raum wurde dann von einem anderen Kind belegt. "We've stayed with 8 friends in the house and had a really great time. The only room for improvement would be that the upper floor is getting really hot during summer, even with Sylvies cooling instruction, but I guess you can't avoid that during summer in France. Another point is that we had some really large spiders and centipede in the house, but I guess that's normal on the countryside as well. Especially since it's recommended to open the windows during the night for that cooling effect....

"Great location by the Canal du Midi, which has a cycle route alongside. We cycled in both directions, and another day took the bikes by car to cycle further away. Also good access to Carcassonne and supermarkets by car. Comfortable gite, looks just like the photos. Enough kitchen equipment and a three-ring induction hob for eating in. Good-sized fridge and freezer. Despite being quite windy during our stay we still managed to use the table tennis table and the pool. Quiet and relaxing place to...

"Lovely house, pictures are not completely accurate. Owner does only speak french, which didn't bother us, but just be aware. Everythin was lovely and Nadine was perfectly hospitable. I will say France sweet villas weren't as on the ball as they should be. I asked multiple times to confirm the comfort kits and we were told it was done, however, when we got there, the lovely lady told us no one had communicated this to her, she was very apologetic and helpful."
