"My wife and I had a wonderful time at this property. It is exactly as listed and the views are simply stunning. The best day of the trip was the day we snowshoed around the property with the snowshoes provided. There is a clearly marked trail through the woods and a map of all the trails in the house. The house is well insulated and the wood burning stove is easy to use. Plenty of pots and pans so we cooked every meal in the house. We will definitely be coming back to see other seasons. "

"This property was great for our snowmobiling trip. There is ample parking for three trucks and snowmobile trailers. The porch area is heated and was a wonderful spot for all our gear. The kitchen was fully stocked for all our cooking needs and the dining and living rooms were large enough to lounge and play cards. "We loved the Quincy House and appreciated how welcome we felt. The hosts are in the process of remodeling this old mansion and it was so interesting to hear the history. of the house and the vision they have to restore it. It was close to MTU and a great home base for all things in the Keweenaw. "

"Very reasonably priced, we came with two couples and 5 men so 9. The lot was plowed and huge so we could easily park 4 trucks with snowmobile trailers. The building is beautiful with in floor heat, plenty of seating, huge table to eat, modern kitchen with all plates, glasses, utensils. Anything you need is there. It is not on a trail so you should haul the sleds to South Range. We didnt mind after we walked inside. Sooo much better than staying at a typical UP hotel. Sandy was a great host....

"The cabin worked out great for our group of 4 adults. The cabin is new and very well done. It was wonderful to have the wood stove to warm up after a long day on the trail. If there is good snow amount a person can easily navigate a snowmobile right from the cabin to the main trail system. Would highly recommend and hope to be back. "
