"The included breakfast was so good and highly recommended. There was an electrical outlet in the bathroom that didn’t work. Also, not sure if it was us, but we couldn’t get the door to lock. However, for the location, cleanliness. We would stay here again. I might recommend a bigger refrigerator since we did have leftovers and they didn’t always fit in the fridge. "

"Everything is so well maintained by the owners. You can tell this resort is a labor of love. The staff is very friendly and assisted with printing out our park pass. The self serve pie and ice cream was so good. Wished we would have had it all three nights. The location was great for access to the park and other sites. "

"Had everything we needed for a family of 5. Views were nice for breakfast and sunset. Saw deer wondering through the back yard a couple of times. Heard the seals in the evening. Private. Most everything we did around Acadia was under 30 minutes from the house. Only negative in July is that the owners requested that air-conditioning be turned off when not home. Upstairs was 78-81 when we got back in the evenings. Took a while for the upstairs to cool back down for bed. Overall would stay again."

"This was a great place to stay. While it is a studio, we had plenty of room for the four of us. Our two children enjoyed the loft (it does have a vaulted ceiling so they had to learn to watch their heads on the sides). It is close enough to Bar Harbor to visit both the harbor and Acadia without long drives, but away from the crowds. Samantha was a fantastic host.
