Comfortable condo in a great Bar Harbor location
The condo was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It is in a great downtown location. You can easily walk from the condo to the restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Charming condo in fantastic location
We spent a lovely mid-August week in this condo, conveniently tucked away off Cottage St. Restaurants, bike rental, post office, library and coffee shops just a couple minutes walk away. Well-apppointed kitchen, Acadia guides, comfortable beds, and smart tvs with clear directions made our time in the unit relaxing and comfortable. The profusion of flowers lining the driveway and carefully tended by the neighbors made the place easy to find after a long day hiking.

Ideal location for an entirely walkable vacation
Location cannot be beat. It’s on a quiet end of a little townhome building with spectacular flowers. The furniture and decor could be updated- the couch is really uncomfortable and we found ourselves fighting to sit on the little loveseat which was much easier on the body. The dining set is hard for kids (and this adult)- glass table and heavy metal chairs with plastic coverings. This is the best stocked rental I’ve ever booked. They had plenty of everything! Salt pepper coffee filters trash bags towels etc etc it was wonderful. The shower in the owner’s suite was clogged but it wasn’t really bad until the end of our trip so we did not contact the owner. There was a bag of trash on the porch when we arrived but we took it out. Cobwebs on lamps, etc. but otherwise this is overall a really great choice for a week in bar harbor. Neighbors are very friendly. You have your very own parking spot which is really nice. Thanks for renting it out and giving us an opportunity to enjoy it!

The place is so nice and clean. The location is amazing and in close proximity to downtown Bar Harbor. You can easily walk to restaurants and shops which was so helpful with young kids. We had so much fun and can't wait to return.

Nice place great location
Perfect location for a stay in Bar Harbor. Close to everything, but tucked away and quiet. We had a minor issue and the host was very responsive to get it fixed quickly.

Great townhouse off street with close proximity to all Bar Harbor has to offer. Communication with property manager was excellent. Well suited for family of 4 (kids: 11, 13). Grill on back deck in good condition. Would stay again.

Bar Harbor And Acadia
This property is well maintained and a peaceful location off the main road. We enjoyed the easy 2 minute walk to downtown for the shops and restaurants. Also a 2 minute walk to the Bar Harbor Island Land Bridge. Jen gave us a lot of good suggestions for restaurants and local amenities. Nice location to get to any of the Acadia National Park sites.

Great location, even nicer than expected
Absolutely lovely condo – pride of ownership is clear. The air conditioning had trouble keeping up during some very humid and hot July days, but this being Bar Harbor, that is minor. Very quiet location, surprisingly close to everything that the village of Bar Harbor has to offer – in walking distance! Would recommend to anyone, with a word of caution if anyone in your party is not comfortable with stairs (such as toddlers just learning, or anyone with mobility issues). The amenities are top-notch. We would, without hesitation, book here again. Comment upon leaving: “Can we live here?” ;)

Central but quiet
This property was right in the heart of Bar Harbor and yet it was amazingly quiet. The house was well appointed and well stocked with basics like dish soap, wraps, basic spices and seasonings. The property manager was very attentive. We realized that the AC in the second bedroom was extraordinarily loud. She came over that same day and replaced the unit. Having a number code lock gave everyone in the group freedom to come and go without worrying about who had the keys. I wouldn't recommend for small children as the tables in the living room and kitchen are glass.

Best vacation in a long time!
My daughter, friend and I enjoyed proximity to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. The town is so safe, so New England nice, that my 14-year old and friend could enjoy town after dark in safety. Movies in the park, ice cream, boutiques, the town has it all and it was a few short blocks from the condo!

Great walkable downtown Bar Harbor location and I charged my EV!
If you're looking for a place that allows you to walk to everything in Bar Harbor, this is great. It has a deck with a grill, which was quite nice for having a relaxed, private dinner at home outdoors in the great Maine weather. As a bonus, there are two outdoor standard 110v outlets, so I was able to charge my Tesla. Yes, 110v outlets are SLOW (like 4mph), but if you're mostly walking everywhere, that's fine. I did find that bringing my own proper guage extension cord to reach the back outlet allowed me to park far back and made things easier for others in the parking area. I didn't need an extension to use the front outlet, but then my car was forward in the parking space, and the parking area is highly constrained. Perhaps the only downside of the property!

Cottage St. Townhouse
The location can’t be beat. We have stayed twice at this complex of townhouses and twice at the units behind. It’s very quiet at night, yet so close to the restaurants, shopping and harbor. The townhouse is spacious and has a lovely deck on the side, which we used every day.

This townhouse is in a perfect location in downtown Bar Harbor near everything. Great for a small family or group of friends. Had all needed amenities and was well kept. Fresh flowers and other nice touches. Quiet end unit and nice outdoor space. Highly recommend.

Quiet, peaceful location
A very quiet, and peaceful location amongst the hustle of tourism in Bar Harbor. Very clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable King and all you need to cook a meal. Loved the deck set in back side of unit. This is the last unit of 6, and it could not be more quiet. Neighbors were friendly and quiet as well. My husband was in Bar Harbor for work, and I spent most evenings on the deck after busy days of outdoor activity, hiking, biking and paddling. The shuttle was easy to use, and a short walk to the village green for pickup and drop off. Hannaford is a short two blocks away, as is the ocean and about anything that you could need in town. I highly recommend this property! The property manager was kind and easy to reach with questions. We're hoping to return next year with my sister and brother in law to this little place of tranquility.

Great location!
This condo was the perfect location to explore Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. We were able to walk to all of the Bar Harbor attractions, including the Island Explorer bus stop. The condo itself was very clean and quiet, and our family of 4 had plenty of room.

By far our favorite Bar Harbor rental. Located in the heart of Bar Harbor and walking distance to everything the town has to offer. Remarkably quiet for its location. Home was clean and stocked with all you needed to feel at home while vacationing. Located just a short drive to Acadia National Park as well.

Perfect vacation
The location of the condo is perfect, in town a stones throw from everything, yet quietly hidden off the street. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We enjoyed almost every afternoon on the front porch, sipping wine and planning the trails we’d hike the next day.
