The owner provides access to Hulu Live, Disney+, ESPN+, Netflix.
As you step onto the deck from the living room, year-round mountain views unfold before your eyes, accompanied by the warmth of an outdoor gas log fireplace, creating an enchanting al fresco haven.
The main level hosts a queen bedroom adorned with tasteful decor, featuring an attached bath that serves as a private sanctuary. This bathroom cleverly opens to the hallway, ensuring convenience and accessibility.
Ascending to the upper level, a charming loft awaits, equipped with comfortable seating and an additional TV, providing a perfect nook for relaxation. The queen suite on this floor is complemented by a bonus twin over twin bunkbed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements.
Outdoors, a brand-new hot tub invites you to unwind amidst the splendor of nature, providing the ultimate in relaxation. Follow the stone steps down to a fire pit that beckons for evenings under the stars, strategically positioned to maximize the breathtaking mountain vistas. Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- This home is pet friendly for three (3) mature, well-trained dogs. Pet rent is $25 per pet, per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- Guests are not permitted to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- This property has two exterior security cameras, camera one is mounted on the front porch monitoring the entryway and driveway. Camera 2 is mounted above the steps and monitors the steeps only. No camera is pointed toward the interior of the home or common gathering areas.
CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
