The Pinnacle Inn reserves the right to close the pool at any time, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause but do not offer discounts in such cases. Your understanding is appreciated.
- **Check-In Details:** Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM. We are here to assist with any issues until 9 PM, so we recommend checking in before that time for a smooth arrival.
- **Towel Policy:** We provide bath towels, but not pool towels. If you plan to use the resort amenities, please remember to bring your own pool towel.
- **Vehicle Requirements:** In case of inclement weather, an all-wheel drive (AWD) or 4x4 vehicle is required. Snow chains may be necessary during winter conditions.
- **Returned Items Policy:** A $25 fee plus shipping will be applied for any returned items.

We stayed this past weekend for a concert. The place was very easy to find and perfect for a short weekend stay. The host was very helpful & responsive to all questions. Would book again if ever needed!

Nice place to stay for just two ppl. Clean and quiet with a good view. Would suggest changing from the lock box to and electric box for the key if that's possible to make it easier to get in. The management company called checking to make sure we had gotten our check info due to them having email problems. When she found out we hadn't she took care of it right away. The event center for the pool was nice and clean also and right at the apartment.

This is a very dated property, with one, very hard and uncomfortable full size bed that is wedged between walls. It did not accommodate us comfortably at all. We didn’t get much sleep.

Enjoyed our stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was super clean and there were no problems... the bed wasnt as comfy as I remember from our last visit but that would be my only complaint. The area is beautiful and the neighbors were friendly. All in all we had a great time!!

As previous property owners at Sugar Ski, we made several observations … It is a difficult climb to the unit .. broken coffee maker and coffee table … very old rickity couch … need grab bar in shower … kitchen very ill equipped … old utensils, pans, toaster oven inst of toaster.. no smart tv … A remodel of your kitchen closet with shelves/storage for guests bags and microwave would be a big improvement … fresh paint on molding would freshen up a bit, dishwater should be replaced as it sounds like an airplane taking off … side chair and bed very comfy

I did NOT receive the codes for the gate and lock box before hand. I had a terrible time getting in. I am not happy about that at all. The room was fine. Parking was not great and the signs on the building are hidden or not there at all.

We had quite a few problems we didn't like. The coffee table looked like it had been knocked over and about to collapse we didn't put anything on it. The facuet for the shower would fall off and we almost got scalded the temperature wasn't on county code to HOT. The bed and bath towels were not fresh before we would ever go to that place again is definitely no. If I had a place like this to offer I would definitely change the bed and towels for fresh ones. The last entry in their guest book was in Feb. 2023. I worked at a facility and we didn't ever have any complaints we always made sure everything was fresh and ready.

Perfect for a getaway
This was a lovely condo and perfect for a weekend getaway. Great location close to Beach Mountain and downtown Banner Elk. Just down the road from Grandfather Mountain. Clean condo and close to the indoor pool. Fireplace was nice on the cold evenings to curl up in front of to watch TV or read.

I rented this property for one night as a surprise for my boyfriends birthday. The studio apartment was just perfect and had great amenities that were perfect after a long day of snowboarding. Would 100% stay again!

Great for the price!
Check-in was easy and communication was great. It felt cozy when we checked in and the amenities like hot tubs, ping pong, pool, etc was awesome! We came for skiing and it was close to sugar and beech, thus maximize our ski time.
