In the heart of Eagles Nest, you'll find Camp Eagles Nest, with its collection of cozy cabins with stellar views of the mountains and leaves. Bear Rock Lodge is a charming single level cabin with enough space and luxuries to be pampered and close enough to the action of hiking, UTV riding, and mountain sunrises outdoors.
Construction notice: A new home is being built in the Camp Eagles Nest neighborhood where this home is located. Please note that construction noises may be heard Monday through Saturday 7am-7pm.
The entire home has been thoughtfully and carefully outfitted inside and out with custom-high end furnishings. The kitchen is complete with granite counters, stainless appliances, a Keurig Duo machine, and plenty of utensils for cooking. The open living room has a gas log fireplace, TV and deck access. A half bath and laundry center are off of the kitchen, as well. To the left of the living room is a King suite with smart TV and a full, private bath with double granite vanity and a tiled shower. To the right is a second King suite. The adjoining bath has a tiled tub/shower combo and a spacious double granite vanity. Both baths offer heated toilet seats with bidet attachments, as well!
On the back deck with gas fire-table, you'll have peaceful views of the Camp Eagles Nest neighborhood and the timeless mountains beyond. Relax in the hot tub under the main level deck! There is a private fire pit in the backyard with Adirondacks, and the nearby playground and tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts are just a short walk away.
Located directly between Great Camp and the North Pavilion area of Eagles Nest, this home offers excellent location in proximity to the most popular amenities in the community. In the summertime, enjoy a nice hike right from the neighborhood! The winding trails can either be hiked by foot or by ATV, fun for everyone!
Please note that this property absolutely does not permit pets anywhere in or on the premises at any time including outdoor spaces. Bona fide service animals with appropriate certification may be permitted, and the presence of a certified service animal must be disclosed prior to check-in. Misrepresenting a pet as a certified service animal is a crime under North Carolina law. Guests who bring a pet to a no-pet home will be subject to a non-refundable $500 extra cleaning fee to remove pet hair and dander and clean carpets and upholstery.
If any pets are discovered during your tenancy including via security camera or observation of neighbors or BRMR staff, your credit card on file will be charged for the above-mentioned fee, and you will be evicted without refund of unused days.

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. Please inquire about travel insurance for potential coverage of last minute bookings. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests.
- All linens and towels are provided for your stay.

- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- This homeowner uses 2 exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. One is a doorbell camera that is aimed at the steps and the gravel parking area, and the other is only used as a sensor for the motion lighting on the back deck looking down the steps. The camera is not monitored during guests' stays.
