We booked this hotel through Expedia, paying extra for their “best” room, expecting at least 3-star service.
Instead, we got a nightmare. Upon check-in, the room was extremely hot despite the AC running at 18°C. After 1.5 hours, it was still unbearable.
When we tried to shower, the shower head broke off due to a loose connector. We asked to switch rooms, but staff claimed none were available and refused a refund.
Only after we mentioned leaving a review did they move us ironically, to the room next door.
The new room had a broken AC remote with old, chewed up batteries. Replacement batteries didn’t work either. Staff were rude and dismissive one even blamed us for not knowing how to use an AC.
The hotel also took a damage deposit, which felt risky considering the poor room condition.
This was the most expensive hotel of our 2 weeks Thailand trip and the absolute worst. Poor maintenance, unhelpful staff and no accountability.
This place is nowhere near a 3-star standard. False advertising at its finest. Avoid this hotel if you value your comfort, money, and peace of mind.
