I recently stayed at Eleven Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, thanks largely to the exceptional staff. From check-in to check-out, every request I made was handled promptly and with genuine hospitality. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job, keeping the room spotless and ensuring towels were replaced daily without any need to ask.
The location is both a plus and a potential drawback, depending on your preferences. It’s right in the heart of Bangkok’s nightlife scene, which makes it convenient for those wanting to explore the city’s party side. However, for anyone seeking a quieter environment or a more discreet entry point, the alleyway entrance and the noise-prone surroundings might be a downside. That said, the hotel is fairly upfront about its location when booking, so no surprises there.
Unfortunately, one issue that did impact my overall impression was during breakfast: I noticed bugs crawling on a table, which was concerning and definitely detracted from what was otherwise a solid stay. Cleanliness in dining areas is a non-negotiable for me, so this was disappointing.
