"Overall very pleasant. Rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable. Towels provided. Very convenient with supermarket and restaurants and simple shopping downstairs. The air con remotes were low batt and could not display the temperature and mode, so we could not control the temperature.. it was very cold. There was a lot of car horn sounds from roads too. "

"Checking was 20 minute event of stopping at security, writing down details, walking to letter boxes, walking back and fining parking. Property smelled. Never aat in such a hard couch and didn't think you could buy TVs so small anymore. What few pieces of furniture there were are falling apart. Clock in wall not working, no toilet paper etc. Noisy environment from traffic and patio lock doesn't work. No idea how these ratings were achieved but extremely miserable place. "

"Overall stay was pleasant with the place being very homely. Place is clean and spaxious. Location is excellent, being very near Mid Valley Southkey Mall. Two feedback to note. 1. The master bedroom toilet doesnt flush well. Multiple flushes cant even flush properly. We ended not using this toilet and used the common toilet outside. 2. There isnt a shower head in the master bedroom shower cubicle you eilp have to rely on rain shower which is very slow flowing. 3. No privacy at all in the...
