"Great customer service, fresh water waterpark, less than 5min from the main highway. This was a quiet off the grid stay right off a low traffic river. The staff was very accommodating. I asked for off menu breakfeast which was provided with no issues and no extra charge. Kids had a great time at the waterpark(non-chorline) Great place for parents to chill and kids to thrill. "the hotel is "fine", but not worth the price nor the title. the staff makes a big effort to please and I am thankfull to them, but the place is absolutely not worth the price. there are much better places to stay in Koh Chang at a fraction of this price. the hotel is badly mantained and very very old instalations (very "used"); there is no beach, the gardens are not mantained and the transfer to Kho white Beaches happens only 4 times a day with last one at 19:00..."
