"The most idyllic cottage stay, exactly what I was looking for. Ideal location for quiet walks with my dogs in every direction from the cottage, didn't need to take the car out once! Liz was absolutely amazing, gave me some suggestions for local walks and communicated the check in process and cottage location. We will definitely be back. "

"I can’t think of a better place from which to explore the Cairngorms. This property, including our little cottage, is an historical gem. You will have to manage a few tiny comfort issues like no shower, the cushions on the living room furniture were worn to the point you are sitting in the frame, there were spiders (harmless) everywhere. "Stayed in this cabin to attend the Highland Games in Braemar. Great cabin. Clean and comfortable. Easy check in and owners/managers were very quick to respond if any queries. Hot tub was great and would be even better in winter. Only suggestion would be some hooks on the back of the bedroom and bathroom doors for hanging towels etc. Definitely recommend. "

"Really enjoyed our time in the property. Very cosy once we had the heating going. Everything you need in the kitchen for a short break and Fiona was incredibly kind leaving eggs, bread and milk for us as well. Super relaxing for us and our dog. "

"We had a great long weekend in Oct/Nov. The village is fantastic with a traditional butcher, farm shop and amazing cafe, all on a lovely high street. A wonderful park across the road which the dog loved. Lots of amazing walks nearby. The flat was cosy and there were some lovely treats on arrival. Great for dog owners too. "

"Very spacious and comfortable house in a lovely, quiet location. The bedrooms are all a generous size, as is the well-equipped kitchen (we managed to prepare a 7-course meal for the 6 of us). "A nice friendly clean hotel, stayed with my family 2 adults and 2 toddlers midweek. Kids loved the swimming pool and bunk beds in the family room, could have done with more space but we didn’t spend much time in the room. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. Parking outside hotel is in short supply but there is more space at the rear and a free public car park across the road so you won’t be stuck. Blairgowrie is a nice little town with plenty of amenities. "
