"There were four of us in our party. 1 couple and two singles. This is a three bedroom cottage which accommodated is just fine. The area is rural, so if you are looking for the convenience of not having to drive, this is not the place for you. If you ARE looking for a relaxing and extraordinary view of the Irish countryside this is a must stay! This property is surrounded by farms on all sides. If you enjoy walking, you will love what this area has to offer. Nature, farm animals and friendly...

"We loved our stay in Carrigaholt, owner of Morriseys bar was so helpful, had delicious dinner and drinks at The Long Dock and so enjoyed our morning coffee at the Baryard Coffee trailer a block from us. It was a highlight of our vacation!"

"Beautiful countryside cottage. Perfect location for excursions along the coast. The property manager Patrick was super helpful with recommendations. Wish we could have stayed longer! This is a gem of a property in a quiet town but close drive to many beautiful attractions along the western Ireland coast."

"The hosts were amazing!!! Great communication, gave wonderful mustsee attractions, extremely personable. Quiet and welcoming town nearby with pubs, pizza and beach activities. Also driving distance to major cities and lots to see! Truly welcoming experience and we will return 💓"

"Great house, great views, loved the sheep. Only issue is house was described (and shown in map) as being very close to Tralee when in reality it is about 45 minutes from Tralee. That meant we faced a fair amount more driving than we expected. Otherwise, all was good."

Views on all sides, quiet and so comfortable. Theresa is a great host... It took us no time to feel right at home. Be sure to visit The Stand for a tasty meal and entertainment. This is a five star property and we'll return as soon as we get the chance. "

"It was a beautiful little cottage and was perfect for us. We loved the location it was in the middle of most of the sights we wanted to see. The owner was great with communication and checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything. They also gave us recommendations for shopping that we appreciated. "

"We stayed at the second property on the site, Lavender Lane Cottage, which was a lovely newly refurbished 200 year old cottage. It had three double bedrooms(one upstairs) an open plan kitchen, dining area and living area which was all minimalistic but modern and had every amenity we needed for our stay (Con even left us tea/coffee/bread and milk) We felt at home straightaway and all said we could live there. The bathroom was again modern in an old worldly setting, with plenty of hot water...
