Bedrooms
All three bedrooms are on the first floor. The view from upstairs is wonderful and two of the three bedrooms overlook the ocean, beach and pier. The master bedroom has twin beds that connect to make a super-king. It has its own ensuite a walk in wardrobe and , a stunning view of the harbour. The second bedroom has a double bed and ensuite. The third twin bedroom also has incredible view and has a free standing wardrobe. There is a separate family bathroom for use by the twin room.
Bathrooms
Ballydavid Sands has three and a half bathrooms. On the first floor is a separate family bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and shower above the bath. The two master bedrooms both have ensuites with a shower, sink and toilet. On the ground floor there is a toilet with sink off the kitchen/diner area.
Living area
The lounge has a beautiful eclectic feel with vintage furniture, a piano, open fireplace and the most comfortable couch you just sink into. It’s the perfect room to grab a book and unwind with that wonderful view out to Smerwick harbour. There is no TV.
Kitchen and dining area
The kitchen is most definitely the heart of this house. The huge wooden table with low hanging lighting, the Aga stove, unique sage pink and mauve painted cabinets and the large antique rug covering the slate flooring combine comfort and function with style. There are two gas rings as well as the Aga, a Smeg fridge freezer, kettle and toaster.
Outside space
There is a grassed area at the back of the house with a picnic table. The driveway has enough room for two cars in front plus a small lawn.
