"We will likely stay here again as it was a great deal for the space and location. It’s nice that they provide everything needed for a short term stay, you can tell there’s a lot of thought put into this place. Beds were pretty comfortable. Not really a complaint but just fyi that you can hear every step of whoever is staying upstairs. Our baby was able to sleep through it with his sound machine. "

"It was a cozy little tiny house located right on the river. I came in January and it was about 15 degrees outside so I did not get to use the outdoor shower or grill. I was able to enjoy the view of the river from the tiny house and walk outside on the road (not too many cars). If it was any warmer I would have built a fire and sat outside closer to the river. I would love to come back and stay when it was warmer to enjoy the outdoor more. Perfect retreat to reset. Very close to a nearby college...

"We had an excellent stay at Jill’s VRBO! The home was spacious and clean, perfect for a relaxing weekend away. The location also is ideal for going to wineries near Leesburg and Middleburg. "This cabin was easy to find, with off-street parking, and near the beautiful downtown area. I travelled with individuals with disabilities and found the spacious layout very accommodating to our needs. The bathrooms, common room, kitchen, and bedrooms gave it the cabin vibe, were comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. The host was available for any feedback and I would highly recommend this location for families or friends looking to stay in Frederick. "

"In a town with relatively few accommodations, this house is a standout. A new kitchen and bathroom enhance the charm of the wood floors and original staircase. It's well-located too--just a few walkable blocks from downtown Frederick. The three of us each had our own bedroom and the layout was perfect. Ed was so responsive both before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property if you're looking to spend time in Frederick."

"The house was a perfect size for my group of 10. We stayed for my birthday weekend and the house was very stocked with cleaning supplies, sheets, pillows, towels, etc. Michael was very responsive and even sent a huge list of recommendations in the area. Our plans completely changed after getting 6” of snow and then a deep freeze, but we were comfortable and were able to prepare all our meals with the equipment and utensils provided.
