"It was a nice little apartment. The people that live up front were very nice. I enjoyed talking to them. The bed was a little small, as im a tall person. The bathroom window needs better coverage. At night with the light on you can see in there. Other than those little things i would definitely stay there again. Much better than the local hotel "

"We rented this place when we moved our YA into Syracuse University. The location is near the school and other areas we needed to access. The condo is beautiful and well appointed with everything needed for a stay. The host was a pleasure to work with also. We were also safe. This house is in an area that appears to be going through a revitalization but we felt safe and secure. We would stay here again. "

"Location was very close to town. Debbie the property manager maintained great communication up until check in and to verify that everything was good at the property. She made sure that we knew she was available if we had any questions or problems. The property was very clean and comfortable. Very happy with our stay and we would definitely plan on staying there again. "

"The accomodations were stellar. We've stayed at 6 other locations for our annual family fishing trip. Mary and Gary have done this one right. Im used to bringing extra stuff for cooking, didnt need any of it this year. As far as my family is concerned, this is our forever spot!"

"Good location, pictures are somewhat deceiving compared to the actual condition of the property, it is quite dated, and especially the living room has a strong smell. Luckily we overcame this by opening the windows, but on hotter or colder days that wouldn't be an option.That being said it was clean and served our purposes. FYI, if you are planning on being there Thursday night be prepared, the rooftop bar across the street is an off the hook dance party! However Friday and Saturday were more...

"We absolutely loved this little get away, for it being a shared house it felt incredibly private. The apartment itself is so nice, cozy, and so cute. The hosts knew it was our honeymoon and left us a little message welcoming us, some restaurants to try, and some wine & chips with dip. Highly recommend. The only thing I will say is the hosts use a lotttttt of smell goods (air fresheners and candles and such), I'm not very sensitive to smells and the first day it was a bit overwhelming so if...

Optional boat rental was a plus!!...comfortable home!….bathroom and kitchen were well stocked and there were plenty of towels. stairs were steep and some areas needed upgrading but overall… great stay and had a good time!! Host replies very quickly and came out to property when I missed the return text..much appreciated !"

"Such a magical place. Attention to detail was amazing. We cooked a great dinner on the grill down at the lower deck with a nice evening fire and a glass of wine. I was so looking forward to an outdoor shower and this one really hit the mark, a great treat. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you to our hosts Tom and Lisa. We will be back.
