Easy parking immediately outside the property is available, there is also a small drive and garage. To the rear of the property there is a small back garden, with outdoor seating and washing line.
As a bungalow with easy access Grianane is a holiday cottage suitable for those who may have mobility restrictions, and due to its great location a car, whilst always desirable on the Isle of Man isn't necessary here.

Accessibility: Golf View Apartment is a single-level property on the ground floor, making it appropriate for those with limited mobility. There is a small lip on the front door.
Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.
