"A great little place on the beach, few minutes walk to the ocean and 4 minutes walk to Newport Harbour filled with cute shops and lots of food options. The area is quiet and very safe. We really appreciated the quick and easy communication with the property manager. He was kind and very helpful with our questions and concerns ie. We asked where we could find more coffee and he brought a new bag of grounds to our door. A good place for a peaceful get away for singles, couples, or families. "

"We enjoyed our stay and the house was great. Perfect for families wanting to spend some time at Disneyland. It was close proximity to the park but you have to walk more then a 1/2 mile to get to the park due to roads and accessible sidewalks. The house was clean but there were some maintenance items that we would like to have taken care of before we arrived. Otherwise, I would recommend this property to anyone who is planning a trip to California. "

"We have been coming to Newport every summer and renting a beach house for about 15 years. This house was one of our favorites. The location is perfect, views are amazing, there is plenty of space for a large family and the house had almost everything we needed. BUT this was definitely the dirtiest home we’ve ever rented. "This property was a great find! The home was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and the short walking distance to Disney was perfect. The wood flooring is creaky, which was not a problem for us, but if you've had no experience with wood flooring it can be disruptive, especially to light sleepers. There was plenty of space for 7 of us. The beds were comfy but the top bunks were a bit creaky and were only supported by wood slats, which put fear in the heart of those who chose to sleep below! ...
