"Property had a bizarre bathroom set up. The toilet was in a separate room with no sink to wash one's hands after nature had called. We had to walk over to the opposite side of the apartment to a different room that had a shower and sink in it. This was very inconvenient and obviously not very sanitary. Apartment was cold and took quite a while to heat up. Luckily we are used to heat pumps so we understood this. Parking is only good for a smaller car. Our rental fit in without issue (Ford Puma)...

"The only reason I am marking this down is because there was a grand total of the kitchen. There were no sponges, tea towels or dishwashing supplies. There wasn't a full set of cooking equipment so it was difficult to cook for a group. The plates, glassware, mugs and cutlery etc. were cheap and unmatched. "Nice hotel, beautifully decorated and very clean. However, although the room was lovely it was tiny with practically no space around the queen sized bed. Staff were friendly enough but the restaurant staff seemed very stressed. We had breakfast on Christmas Day and there was nothing festive or special about the service at all. Reception staff were helpful although checkout was more complicated than it should have been! "
