We definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to visit Bala in North Wales for its facilities and location. "

"Beautifully set out and accessible too, which was important for us as a first trip away after my partner suffered a stroke. The host was available to answer questions and also allowed us to leave at our leisure which made such a difference when showering/dressing needs extra time. Garden was a beautiful spot for breakfast in the November sun."

"Stayed at the converted watermill with my husband for his 50th birthday with friends. From the time we drove up to the property we were amazed how stunning it was aswell as the location, the views were out of this world and the perfect place to relax and unwind which was exactly what we wanted.Extremely well equipped with everything you require for your stay and Ruth the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. "We booked last minute and were very impressed with the cabin just perfect for a peaceful getaway but close enough to so many walks and places to visit. Took our dog as well and so safe for him to have room to move onto the patio area as gated off and lovely walk around the site with a kids park as well. Love to go back soon."

"Wirklich abgeschiedenes Ferienhaus mit abenteuerlicher Zufahrt, wer absolute Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Lage zu den verschiedesten Bergtouren ist ideal. Die Warmwasserversorgung durch den Ofen dauert seine Zeit, haben öfter den Heater benutzt, also kein Problem. Richard ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns zu allen Fragen und Problemen sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden, vielen Dank, auch für die schönen 2 Wochen im wunderschönen Wales"

"Lovely and clean little cottage with open fire. Only 10 mins walk to a beautiful beach and 6 mins walk to train station - then 10 minutes train journey to Barmouth which is a lot quicker than the drive around the estuary. Great location for walks in the hills or on beaches. Host was wonderful - got in touch to explain checking in and recommended local places to visit and eat."

"It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."
