There are 2 outdoor cameras on the property (one in the front, and one in the back) to ensure the safety of guests belongings and vehicles. The cameras also provide a way to follow-up on any damage caused to the property if necessary. The camera recordings are not shared or reviewed unless there is cause.

*All pets must be pre-approved by host
*Limit of 2 pets per booking
*Limited to pets under 80lbs
*Pets need to be at least 1 year of age
*Guests must pick up after their pets. If this is not done, a $75 fee will be assessed at checkout

*No pets allowed on furniture
*Report any damage done to furniture prior to checking out
