It was going to be the first time we would all be in the same room in 8 years. We stumbled upon this beautiful house on VRBO and decided to go for it. Stacey responded promptly to our request to stay as well as to every question. The house was clean, comfortable and elegant. There was very little that we needed to leave the house...

"The house was perfect for our weekend with family. There was so much natural light and the fireplace, with firewood provided, was really nice. We enjoyed Shenandoah Caverns, a hike around Laura Lake, and the Rt. 11 Chip Factory."

"Carla's cabin is an oasis of peace and relaxation. It is tucked into the woods and up against a mountain, offering an escape from the heat wave in the valley. We spent a lot of time on the porch listening to bird song and watching the hummingbirds. As usual, the house was well-appointed, comfortable and super clean. We keep coming back because we feel so peaceful there. So many whippoorwills! And Carla is the BEST host."
