"This was our second time staying at Patrick’s property and it was even better than the first. This home is so clean and well stocked with anything you could need. The view from the back deck is stunning. I even got to watch a mother deer and her twin fawns eat apples from the apple tree each morning! Beds are super comfy, towels are soft, and kitchen/pantry are well stocked. Patrick is a fantastic and very communicative host!"

The property is only 1/2 hour from Cooperstown and this vacation rental was perfect for a visit to Cooperstown! Kitchen was well stocked but didn’t have many forks. Beds were very comfortable! "Wildflower Country Cottage is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and get away from it all. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoyed having a cup of coffee and walking the property when we woke up in the morning. Everything was clean and the decor is warm and inviting. "My extended family has been gathering together somewhere each summer for the last 30+ years. This year we chose this property. It was a great venue for us. The big pool was the main draw as always and having the cover was wonderful in the rain. The lodges were clean and welcoming and accommodated our crowd well. There were two issues we encountered but the Leah was easy to reach and had the property manager working on them promptly. Overall excellent property."

"The house was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The grounds around the house (sheltered patio, fire pit, pool, etc.) were a delightful addition to our group’s stay as well. The host was very nice and made the check in and check out process very easy. The only issue we faced was that the house got very warm as the house is not air conditioned, though there were a few floor AC units and fans available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future."
