Farmstay with pool and firepit

Secluded country charm in Lancaster County. The Cabin is one of two spaces on the farm for guests to rent. Private entry, queen bed, kitchenette, jacuzzi tub, standup shower, full size fridge, range/oven, and a Keurig. In-ground pool, grill, and fire pit for your use. Minutes from Susquehanna River Trail, Elizabethtown College, and historic Marietta. About 25 minutes to Spooky Nook Sports and Harrisburg Airport, and a half hour to Hershey, Harrisburg, York, downtown Lancaster, Sight and Sound, and Amish Country.

*Note* The cabin directly overlooks the pasture and is adjacent to the barn. It is possible you will hear animal sounds, including sheep, goats, cows, and geese.

Owners work the farm, care for animals on site, and are available if needed but respect guests' privacy.

Fantastic and Relaxing!
I can’t say enough about our stay at the farm. Our 1st day we were greeted by Emily (Farm owner), she gave us a quick rundown and basically said have fun! We had a blast! Our 2nd day we got to meet Craig (Emily’s husband) and he was just as awesome as her. Everything was perfect and there is NOT one thing I would have changed. Well actually 1 thing,I would have made our stay longer lol. We are planning our next trip as this is now the only place I want to go! Emily and Craig, Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Awesome
We have stayed in 4-5 similiar cabins and this surpasses them all. Quiet and peacefull on the farm after touring the lascaster county areas. Host Emily was so kind and saw to our every need. We will go back when we are in the area.

Wonderful!
My partner & I loved our weekend farmstay! Craig & Emily were responsive prior to our stay, and so friendly. The cabin was adorable & we loved being on the farm. I cannot recommend it enough if you want to get away.

The cabin was just as described and nicer than anticipated. Loved the friendly cats and all the farm animals. The weather was not perfect but it was a nice peaceful getaway and enjoyed having coffee on the front porch. The keurig was a pleasant surprise.

What a beautiful setting for this charming cabin! We traveled to the Hershey RV show and rie bikes on the beautiful river trail. It was an ideal location!

100% would stay again
Overall wonderful experience, owners were very accommodating and made sure we had anything we could have wanted. Very well kept property in the perfect location with wonderful atmosphere. Also got to hang out with some really awesome and friendly farm animals.

Such a great cabin!
We've stayed on this property before, This is the first time we stayed in this cabin. So cute, loved hearing the goats, sheep, roosters and all the rest of the farm animals. Enjoyed petting and feeding all of them. We still love Zeke( the cat) and his new friend who snuck up on us( we named him Sneak) such sweet, loving cats. They followed us around the farm. Diana and I cant wait to come back!

Would 100% stay here again
We rent through VRBO a few times a year and I can say this is one of the best places we have stayed. So clean. So peaceful. Everything was perfect! Fresh eggs and chocolate? delicious! We didn’t have time to take advantage of the pool or the fire pit but everything you need is there. Even a lighter and kindling. Amazing place.

Perfection
My Son and I take a Father and Son vacation every year before he starts school. We were very lucky to find several days available at this beautiful quiet little farm. Emily and her Husband, and their sweet Daughters were the most gracious of hosts. My son, 8, absolutely loved helping on the farm, feeding the animals and doing chores and spending time around the owner’s family. The cottage itself was awesome. Way more than we expected. Everything you need and things you didn’t know you needed. The cottage was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived and more than enough space for two cool dudes to stretch out and enjoy the down time in between our days out adventuring in the area. The Farm is located within a 30-40 min drive from Hershey and Harrisburg, we enjoyed visiting Hershey Park over 2 days and visiting Indian Echo Caves on our way out of the area. The farm itself was so peaceful, I used to spend summers in TN on my uncle’s farm and this brought me back. It’s so refreshing to stand outside and see the stars with no light saturation and enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature with no constant noise from the hustle and bustle of a city or even busy small rural areas, like where we are from. We feel very blessed to have stayed on the Farm and had the privilege to get to know Emily and her family and make some new friends at the same time. To Emily and her Family, we are so thankful for you guys and can’t wait to see you all again!!

Perfect little cabin to unwind
Perfect little spot to wind down and relax. Surrounded bye a beautiful farm, you can here the sounds of farm life. The cabin is stocked with all the essentials, and hosts are very friendly and helpfull. If you want to take in Hershey park, Gettysburg, or Harrisburg, this is the perfect place to stay and get away from all the city life. Well be back for sure

Weekend Perfection
My family LOVES visiting Emily's farm. It's so peaceful to spend so much time outside. We swam, fed animals, played with baby birds and had many hayrides. Our kiddos love Emily and Craig and returning is now a family tradition. Cannot wait until our next stay. HIGHLY recommend this slice of heaven with such gracious hosts.

Perfect Stop
Perfect start to our vacation. Emily and her family are incredible hosts. We stayed here while we attended a concert in Hershey as we did not want the chaos of being in town. We were able to relax inside the cabin and enjoy a lazy day watching Netflix and soaking in the tub. It was extremely hot that week and made a suggestion to add an additional fan to the cabin as an option for B the unusual temps. Emily was very receptive to the feedback and understanding. They also have a pool but we ended up not utilizing it due to saving our energy for the concert that evening. We would most definitely stay there again in the future.

Wonderful hideaway
This adorable cabin was located on a pleasant, historic little farm away from it all. We had everything we needed! The location was fantastic for seeing Pennsylvania attractions. We definitely recommend staying here in this peaceful place.

Beautiful and peaceful family farm
Emily and her family were every welcoming to their little farm oasis. The tiny house was exactly what we wanted, and was stocked with everything we needed from bath and pool towels, kitchen necessities, etc. We enjoyed meeting all the animals, watching the goats get milked, swinging under the trees and enjoyed the pool and fire pit. We also had some great little adventures, biking along and kayaking on the Susquehanna river and visiting nearby Turkey Hill Experience. There are many other cool places within a short distance and we would love to return and explore this beautiful area again. We definitely hope stay here again when we return to the area!

Slice of heaven
From the moment of booking Emily was so responsive and helpful! My husband and I needed a place to relax and this stay was absolutely perfect! We loved feeding the animals and being greeted by the friendliest cat. I can’t wait to go back.
