"This is a neat little cozy spot near the Delaware Water Gap. My friends and I had a great time enjoying the quiet and the beautiful nature that surrounds the house. There is reliable wifi and decent cell service, and there were plenty of people around so we still felt safe. We were not accustomed to certain practices however, so be prepared. "I rented this property from Keri to house some of my bridal party. The process was so easy! She made the process for staying at the hideout a breeze, and even allowed for late checkout. The house was clean, and everything about the listing was accurate. Keri was very receptive and was a great host!"

"There were 7 adults and 3 children. The place was very accommodating for our group. Nice large kitchen and table for meals. Plenty of space and areas to relax. The dock was in good condition and fairly easy to get to. The location is convenient for having a boat and swimming as there is less boat traffic. It may be a little challenging for some as there is only a rough path down to the dock/water. We did not have trouble parking three cars and a trailer (for 16-foot boat). "

"We used this house as a home base for a planned spa day at Woodloch and it was perfect! Plenty of space and outdoor fire pit is great. Only knock was the grinder pump in the basement woke the whole house up at 3am but we understand that is hard to control. Great location and the host was very responsive and accommodating to my questions before hand. "

Also the two garbage cans were full to the brim upon our arrival.
