"Rated this cruise 5+ quality and 7* for service. We were very satisfied with everything here from staff, food, cabin and itinerary. The Limousine Shuttle Bus from Hanoi to Halong Bay and back were at great quality and very comfortable. Thank you so much Alisa Cruise and we must come back soon"
"Good value for money, staff were great, food was plentiful and fresh, rooms could do with a spruce up but comfortable bed and had own bathroom/toilet. Crew were really helpful and they made the trip fun for all passengers. Squid fishing was fun and making Vietnamese spring rolls. Disappointing to see so much trash in the sea, although this is out of control of this particular cruise boat."
"Nice hotel, big suite room. Situated well away from anything. Early November, no infinity pool and no rooftop bar. Breakfast was china-centric, but enough items available for this Western boy. Spa was reasonably priced. It should have been super quiet, but there’s a beach party every night with booming bass techno “music” till around midnight. "
"We had an amazing time on Rita Cruise, everything was well organised and Helen took care of us all time, she's been very helpfully and careering. If you can stay for 2 nights! The food was excellent and the drinks well priced and good!"

"Von Transfer bis zum Schiff und den Tagesausflügen alles top geplant. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit, nett und aufmerksam. Sonderwünsche beim Essen werden super umgesetzt und die Natur ist ein Traum. Die Musik an der Bar ist angenehm und die Zimmer sind in einem super Zustand. Ein Trip zum Staunen und sich verwöhnen lassen. "
"We stayed for four nights in the Citidenes, it had a comfortable working space, is close to the boat tours, a great gym and yoga studio as well as two pools. They also have free bicycles for you to explore the town. We stayed in an apartment style room so cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend. "
"Our room was perfect. Brand new, well maintained and constructed. Nice view of the bay. The pools were excellent. Facilities were solid and there was a mart on site. Housekeeping staff very nice. Front desk was average. Breakfast was average. Not much in the area so be prepared to take a Grab. Would stay again."
"Everything was excellent- my only criticism would be that there were screaming kids everywhere.. free to run around and scream and treat the lobby or bar area like a playground and no one does anything to stop it.. definitely not the vibe when you’re trying to relax at a nice hotel

"The service was amazing, Special mention to Chris and Alex who knew us by name, and were very welcoming every time we met. The Vietnamese tea service hosted by Alex was a great experience and very insightful. Also Mr Bing playing modern songs on traditional Vietnamese instruments whilst having dinner, was great to hear and really made the experience all the better.
