"This was our second year at the property in this unit. We stayed 5 days. The full kitchen and a full sized shower were requirements for us and the unit meet those needs. More sun would have enabled us to enjoy the beach area but you can't control the weather. Nice area to stay even without sun! Good for walking and exercise. "

"Key Colony is lovely spot in marathon that makes you feel away from everything but still close to stores and restaurants. The unit is one of the best locations on the property with a beautiful water view from the balcony and close proximity to the beach and grills. A little dated but clean and comfy with all the basics provided for a fabulous family vacation. Highly recommend!"

"When we first checked in we had some issues but the property owner made sure to correct the issues. The reason for the four was the chairs at the outdoor table were worn and the fabric was torn and looked like it would cause you to fall through the chair. The upstairs patio was awesome. I would definitely Recommend this rental as they seem very concerned to make things right. "

"We love staying here! We enjoy it so much! We find it very relaxing and stress free. Love waking up to coffee on the balcony every morning. Our stay was almost three weeks and the washer and dryer came in very handy. We love fishing from the backyard and enjoy seeing the tarpons and manatees. Will be back!"

"Cosy, comfy and surprisingly roomy “little” houseboat. Two queen sized beds plus a mattress on the loft provided good sleeping options for our family of two adults and two teens. We stayed in No. 10 and enjoyed the views of the canal from the terrace both morning and sunset. Use of bikes and kayaks is free of charge, and there is complimentary access to a local beach club with swimming pool. In short, Yacht Haven Marina provides very good value in the Florida Keys. "
