Your picture perfect Tuscan holiday with a Private Infinity Pool

You will have an absolutely fabulous and relaxing holiday in this brand new build in traditional Tuscan style home. Lovely wooden beams and windows and terracotta flooring create a romantic ambiance. From the garden you will have the most amazing views from all sides above the spa resort of Bagni Di Lucca and surrounding valleys.
The villa has all the modern amenities you would require including a beautiful infinity pool with Roman Steps. There is a modern fitted kitchen and a utility room with the washing machine for your convenience. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes. Outside you will have plenty of space and the entertaining area and everything you need (BBQ / Teak Dining Table Chairs & Pergola / Teak Sun Loungers ) to make it your perfect and relaxing vacation in this beautiful part of Italy. Smokers please use outdoors!
Living Rooms: Through lounge, open plan area and a large corner sofa. Flat screen TV with digital channels and DVD Home Theatre, 100+ DVD collection, 100+ book library. Open fire (wood burning) with glass protection for your safety.

A little taste of heaven!
What an absolutely stunning location! We stayed here for 5 nights in early August and it was perfect Beautiful location among the hills, private pool and bbq facilities, everything you need Things to note - the nearest shop is about a 15 minute drive away and the drive is not for the faint hearted! We got lost on the way because we didn’t use the right link that the hosts provided for us Other than that if you want to fall in love with Italy in a stunning location then stay here! Easy driving distance from Pisa / Lucca

Remote relaxation
The villa is well equipped and a good size for six. Outside there is plenty of space round the pool which gets the sun most of the day. Lucca is half an hour's drive away and great to visit. The location in the hills above Bagne di Lucca is out of the way with lovely views.

Villa in Bagni di Lucca
Pros: On the whole the villa is great. It is in a secluded position and we loved having a private pool. The kitchen is also very well equipped and all bedrooms are a good size. Cons: The road to get to the villa is really steep - I am not sure you would be able to access the villa in all vehicle types (we were in a 4x4). The road to access the villa is also quite overgrown with brambles. The view from the 'infinity' pool was not the same as in the photos (-the trees which have now grown block the view). Pool - quite a few pool tiles were missing. Although electric fans were provided for use in the bedrooms - they were not really that effective in lowering the temperature (our stay was in peak summer, late July/ beginning of August and outside temperatures were 30C).

The house is very suitable for six adults. Very well equipped and everything was well maintained. The pool is magnificent and the outdoor area is great. The host is very responsive and helpful. The very best recommendation from us.

So relaxing
During a hustle and bustle travel itinerary, my family put this trip in the middle and it was absolutely perfect to just stop and relax. It gave us permission to just enjoy being secluded. We had a ton of space for the 4 of us. The pool was perfect, the drive can be overwhelming at first, my suggestion is to not get a lower station wagon, but that’s not the hosts fault. Chris was wonderful in all communication and was available all the time. We traveled daily into Lucca and saw the devils bridge. What a wonderful home base. Thanks Chris!!

Outrageous views
After a precarious drive up, we were blown away by the views and pool at this property. It is breath taking. There is a wonderful restaurant just up the road and a fantastic town below. Really great place to bring groceries, sit by the pool and relax. We had a fabulous spa day in the town, also. LOVED this stay and hope we can return!

We had a lovely long weekend at casa duetto! The pool and the view was amazing! Nice and calm area up in the hills! It was dark outside when we arrived the first night, so the road felt a little bit scary, but it was easier the next day in daylight 😊

Paradise in Tuscany
Christoper and Cindy's villa in Tuscany, outside of Bagni di Lucca, was better than advertised! The villa was clean, spacious, fully equipped with all the advertised amenities, we could have cooked a meal every night in the villa! It is also very convenient to the entire area, as we did a day trip to Cinque Terre and an e-Bike tour of Lucca with a trip to a winery. We enjoyed walking around Bagni di Lucca a cute little town with many great restaurants. Don't be scared off by the comments of the windy roads - we quite enjoyed driving on these roads an even let our 18 year old daughter drive them! Highly recommend Chris and Cindy's villa! They are also tremendous hosts, having set up WhatsAp groups and responded to my many questions almost instantly!

This place was the absolute best. The property was excellent and the views were to die for. Working with Chris and Cindy was a pleasure. They helped us in everything we could have needed. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this place to anyone who asks. We miss it already.

Beautiful villa with amazing views!
We had a lovely holiday at Casa Duetto. The pool was lovely with the grounds overlooking amazing views of the mountains. Perfect after a days sightseeing. We visited Lucca, Viareggio beach, did Wild Canyoning from nearby (and beautiful) Bagni so Lucca, and also visited Barga an amazing medieval town. Villa has very private grounds up on the mountainside. Was clean and very well equipped. Nothing can quite prepare you for the steep drive into and out of the property!

Peaceful with stunning views
5 of us had an amazing week at Casa Duetto - villa was beautiful and in such a quiet and peaceful location but we were only a short drive from Bagni di Lucca though we did spend most of our time at the villa apart from shopping because we had the pool and plenty of sunbathing areas as well as shaded areas for when it got a bit hot for a couple of us . We had been to the area a few times before and had been to surrounding towns so decided to make this a relaxing holiday Weather was amazing the whole week too. On Chris’s recommendation we went to Rifugio Fiori for a meal on the Tuesday evening which was only a 5 minute drive from the villa and the food and the choice available was fantastic and very reasonably priced too - Achille the owner even put steak on the menu as we were celebrating my friend’s birthday and when we told Chris that steak was her favourite meal he contacted Achille to ask for it to be on the menu ! We also dined at La Corona on Chris’s recommendation- again the food was amazing but only 4 choices of starters and the same with the main courses so if there are fussy eaters on your party , maybe not the place for you .We all found something we liked though and were very impressed and the service was excellent 👌 All in all we had a wonderful week and made some great memories . The communication with Chris was first class - he set up a Whats App group and was always there to answer any questions we had before we went . Thank you Chris and Cindy xx

This is a great place for relaxing. Unfortunately, it was a little chilly and rainy for a couple of our days so we weren’t able to take advantage of the pool. We had also planned to do things in Lucca and Florence so we were gone for most of the day. The restaurant and supermarket recommendations were very helpful!! Gracie!!!

Stunning home and view
We thoroughly enjoyed our four weeks at Casa Duetto. The lovely house looks out over a stunning view of Bagni di Lucca astride the Lima River, amid forested hills with medieval villages nestled along the ridges. The immaculately clean infinity pool seems to jut out directly into the amazing vista. The spacious terrace has comfortable furniture to enjoy both sun and shade, as well as the night sky. The house is well-built and maintained, as well as impeccably clean. Indeed, when we had a mid-vacation cleaning, Morena and Annamaria were literally on their hands and knees scrubbing the floor. The kitchen has a great supply of dishes, glasses, knives, and other kitchen tools — more than most vacation rentals. Chris and Cindy are superb hosts who reply promptly and warmly to any concerns. The access road is not for the faint of heart, but it is manageable. The house has internet, but it is not unlimited. If you rely on video streaming for work or entertainment, speak with Chris first. We have booked long term vacation rentals more than 20 times, and Casa Duetto is in the top tier.

A unique villa tucked away in the hills not far from the historic and beautiful Lucca. Casa Duetto nestles in the quiet and peaceful countryside with the most amazing views across steep and wooded valleys. In pristine condition, the property easily caters for 5-6 adults with everything one can possibly want for a relaxing break. The infinity pool is just incredible.

Fantastic view in a quiet location
The villa is in a very quiet location and the approach must be described as adventurous. As a rental car, a car with a little more ground clearance and preferably four-wheel drive should be chosen. "Normal" vehicles also arrive, but this is tricky, especially in the wet. The adventurous approach is also the big wow effect on arrival. A wonderful view awaits you in an absolutely quiet location. Here you can relax and enjoy the view from the pool. The villa is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a holiday. There is a cupboard full of DVDs for bad weather and the sound system of the TV is remarkable. Excursion destinations (Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio, Florence, etc.) are within easy reach. Bagni di Lucca itself is a small dreamy place with nice restaurants and a recommendable ice coffee. Communication with Cindy and Chris was excellent and Chris even took the time for a telco to explain how to use the TV. All in all, highly recommended.

What a wonderful property. All amenities as described and in excellent condition. The pool was a godsend on the hot days. All contact with Chris and Cindy has been spot on. the drive down to the property is definitely an experience. Just a pity we had only booked one week and not two! We hope to return 😀

Helt fantastisk! Vi koste oss masse! Flott utstyrt kjøkken, gode senger, nydelig uteplass. Kjempeflott basseng, godt med dusj og wc ute. Rask og god kontakt med verten. Vi hadde leiebil; nokså nødvendig. Ferieboligen kan absolutt anbefales på det varmeste.

Sehr schönes Haus, fantastischer Pool, genialer Ausblick
Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war makellos, er reagierte sehr zeitnah. Das Rundum-Sorglos-Paket. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits in den Bergen. Die Zufahrt war für uns kein Problem unser Fahrzeug ist jedoch etwas höher und besitzt Allrad. Wenn man das Objekt erreicht hat kommt zunächst der Wow-Effekt, super toller Ausblick, fantastischer Pool schön angelegtes Haus. Ein zweiter Besuch ist auf jeden Fall nicht ausgeschlossen.

Emplacement magique - le calme absolu
Nous y avons séjourné en famille pour 5 jours. L'endroit est à quelques minutes de Bagni di Lucca avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes de forêt. Le calme y est absolu, personne ne vous dérangera! La piscine avec sa vue plongeante sur la vallée et la ville en contrebas est juste fabuleuse. Pour ceux qui cherchent le repos et la nature, cette maison est parfaite: vous pouvez randonner, faire du canyoning classique, du "accrobranche dans un canyon", yoga sur paddle, baignade dans la rivière en contrebas (en allant vers Abetone, à qq km de la sortie de Bagni se trouve l'Agroturismo Pian di Fiume. juste 200m avant, vous pouvez descendre vous baigner dans le Lima (23° en plein mois d’août!), se garer le long de la route comme tout les autres) Par contre, si vous venez pour visiter la Toscane, sachez que Bagni est un peu loin de tout et vous allez devoir faire un peu de route: Luques 50min, Pise 1h30, Montecatini 1h, Florence 1h45, Camaiore 1h... Sinon, rien à dire, c'est beau, neuf, propre, bien équipé, joli, bref, tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacances zéro tracas. Le supermarché à Bagni (ouvert tlj sauf dimanche aprèm) est largement suffisant pour faire les courses du quotidien. Le marché du mercredi matin est très petit et sans intérêt. Je conseille un tour en voiture sur les autres villages de la commune de Bagni di Lucca, jolies vues et la toscane du nord dans toute sas splendeur.
