"Our family of 5 had a lovely 4 night stay. The beach was sandy, clean and just a short walk away. The rock hunting and swimming occupied our children for hours every day!! We enjoyed visiting the nearby downtown Lexington restaurants, Bunny’s frozen custard shop, and the marina and park. The Cozy Grey Cottage was the perfect place to unwind. The hosts were quick to respond to all questions, and check in and out were a breeze."

"The cabin and property were beautiful! We rented it to stay at to do a memorial service for a family member in a nearby town. The amenities are great for families, my adult children even really enjoyed themselves. There were a couple minor issues but we just left a note for the property manager. The one complaint was the two upstairs bedrooms beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. But, the cabin was great and we’d definitely recommend it…and would stay again!"

"Great house that was accommodating for our whole family. Loved being able to fish right off the deck in the back yard. Was pleasantly surprised by the amount of extras in the garage. Chairs and lounges were a nice surprise. Only notable concerns were a couple of the drawers in the kitchen needed fixed and the fishing deck could use a structural tune-up. Was a bit concerning with only 2 people on it. Other than that it was a great vacation rental!"

"I cannot tell you how well appointed this cottages the firewood is downstairs. They even had newspaper and stuff to start your campfire. There was binoculars upstairs on the table. There were beach towels, nicely, clean, and folded in a basket ready for you to have the perfect weekend of fun on the lake I cannot possibly recommend this place enough. !!!!"
