"O quarto do hotel tinha uma janela trancada com visto para o pátio interior do hotel. É como se não estivesse sequer num hotel, é uma prisão, claustrofóbica, capaz de proporcionar uma crise de ansiedade a qualquer um. Só após muitas tentativas frustradas consegui que alguém viesse destrancar a janela. Se reservar este hotel, tenham em atenção que o mesmo lhe pode acontecer.

"The staff were very friendly from reception to dining, they were all happy to help and spoke english.
The hotel is situated off a busy road, which does have a good regular bus service for getting into the city centre. SO travel options are Bus, Taxi(can be expensive) or hire a car, you can walk but it is a few miles each way so not for the faint hearted.
Overall it was an enjoyable stay, good food and great staff."
"The hotel was about 15 minutes from Baku City. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We couldn't find the metro but taxi's were very cheap and the hotel staff booked these for us. Breakfast alright. What we noticed was there was no information in the room detailing amenities of the hotel such as restaurant opening, fire evacuation etc. There was also no tea and coffee facilities as advertised. Hotel clean and tidy. We found it suitable for short stay."
"To be fair, I didnt expect much but it was a very very very good stays. One of the best I had for a business trip. The reception allowed me to do an early check in, Elvira has been fantastic bringing me lots of water everyday. The location is decent. Everyone was super friendly and the price quality ratio was super super good. Recommended and will come again. "

All the staff and mainly the front desk manager Ali and Al Noal were really really helpful. The cleaning lady on our floor was such a smile person and was always there to provide with our needs.
