We have over 1,000 sq feet of covered outdoor living area. There is over 1400 sq feet of game rooms. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, with 2 optional ADU’s. For groups over 10, there is an ADU behind the house. For groups of 14 or more, there is a second ADU with King bed in loft (over 400 square feet counting loft). This ADU has a coffee bar, fridge, microwave, and full bath. To be clear, this property is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home, with optional ADU's. See pics! Private gated ranch on acreage, yet close to shopping, restaurants, and more. Parking for up to 20 cars. Loafing shed for horses in back corner of property. Heated 7.5’ x 12’ Swim Spa and a separate Hot Tub! This modern Country Ranch has a open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The Brooks wedding venue is about 11-13 minutes away.

There is a optional Honda 5 Seater Side by Side. The rate is $1299 for the 5 Seater Side by Side, with a 3 night minimum. Please ask about availability. Must sign liability release and wear all safety gear.
There is a optional Kayo S200 2 Seater Side by Side. The rate is $900 for the 2 Seater Side by Side, with a 3 night minimum. Please ask about availability. Must sign liability release and wear all safety gear. There is also a $500 deposit, that is fully refundable, assuming no damage to ATV.
