Our penthouse apartment has been interior designed with your ultimate comfort and luxury in mind. You can rest assured that every detail and requirement has been catered for. We are positive you will enjoy every minute of your holiday here at our Nissi Beach penthouse. Our apartment has a spacious open plan extremely comfortable lounge with the added luxury of rugs, cushions and lamps and remote controlled air-conditioning. There is an ultra modern kitchen with dining area and patio doors to the terrace. We have a separate toilet and washroom with hairdryer for holiday makers using the lounge sofa beds. The double bedroom benefits from a King size bed with extra deep mattress, remote controlled air-conditioning and its own en-suite bathroom with shower and it also has patio doors to the outside terrace.

Flat was great
The flat was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Terrance was big and private. We hadn’t realised that Nissi Beach was quite the party town it turned out to be. It was noisy over the 2 weekends we were there but midweek was lovely. We found the Garens Restaurant to be the best place to eat. Good food, great service and pleasant ambiance.

Amazing would use again
Very clean and tidy, lovely view, exactly how it looked in the picture and the communication was great if we had any enquires, Andrea would reply within a couple of hours which was so great. So happy, would 100% recommend and would happily go back again. It’s only a few mins from the beach, a 30 min walk to town centre however taxi took us there in 5 mins and were always reliable ! Made amazing memories and would happily go back.

A Great Apartment
A spacious, well-equipped apartment with a huge balcony in a very peaceful area. It took us only five minutes to walk to the lively seafront, so it offered the best of both worlds. Plenty of restaurants nearby but excellent cooking facilities and streaming services on the internet meant that an evening in the apartment was equally pleasant. Costas, the property manager, made us very welcome and was extremely helpful.

Very nice apartment, perfect host.
Lovely apartment in perfect location. Spacious and full of light. Lots of appliances available for use during our stay and Costas could not be any more helpful. Andrea has been so accommodating allowing us to move to 2021 because of the pandemic and amending dates. Everything requested was done and I would like to say a special thank you for that. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Exceptional Apartment
Just returned from 18 day vacation . As stated in other reviews this apartment is superb ,spotlessly clean and very well situated a short distance from the beach and nice restaurants. The private balcony is very large and gets the sun all day.We had a superb holiday and disappointed we had to leave. Great value for money Will be booking this apartment again the next time we visit Cyprus. Many thanks to Andrea for sharing her property with us. .

Lovely apartment
Great apartment in a pretty convenient location, just behind the hotels. A 5 minute walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. We caught a bus into Ayia Napa which cost about 1.5 Euro. Communication with Andrea was great in the UK and Costas was fantastic when we arrived. He called to see us on our first day, unfortunately we were out, so he called and we spoke on phone. He was available to help with our needs and he and Andrea arranged our airport transfers. Would recommend this property and the management.

Great property and location
Property is well equipped and spacious for a one bedroom with an amazing terrace that has the sun all day. Ideally located to be accessible for everything and yet far enough from the main resort to be peaceful. The property manager was really helpful and on hand to respond to queries. Only one comment is that some sites advertise this property with two shower rooms but there is in fact only one bathroom and another toilet with sink, but manageable with smaller groups. Highly recommend and value for money.

A wonderful week in Cyprus
From our first contact with Andrea, everything was made easy, her response to our emails and our requests were professional and prompt. Andrea arranged a taxi for us from the airport and supplied us with all the information we needed to access the property, which made everything run smoothly. The apartment itself was just as advertised. The location was excellent, it is a 5 minute walk to the beach and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The walk into the town centre is easy as well. It was an added bonus that the apartment had WiFi, I did not expect this. I would recommend this apartment to anybody wishing to visit Ayia Napa and I would choose to stay here again.

Fantastic stay in a fantastic location
This apartment is in a fantastic location only 5 minutes walk from Nissi Beach, plenty of family friendly resturants & shops close by but far enough from the centre of Aiya Napa to for it to be relaxed. The apartment was lovely and clean, the balcony is a real sun trap with views of the sea & the pool is only a minutes walk away.....can highly recommend stopping here

Lovely property, large terrace balcony with sun all day long.
Initially I was hoping the transfer to the property was going to be arranged, htere was a lack of contact until I reached Larnaca airport where I recieved entry information for the property. Costas was available when the power went and arrived promptly to resolve the issue and show me what to do if the situation arose agan. I was very happy with the property in general, also the location. My only disappointment was that I had nobody check the property before or after my stay.

An absolutley fantastic apartment
An absolutely fantastic penthouse apartment. Exactly as shown on the photographs. Andrea replied promptly to any messages, arranged airport transfers etc. We could not fault the property which is 5 minutes walk to fabulous Nissi beach although most of our time was spent on the enormous terrace that the apartment has which has the sun on it from morning until night. We will definitely return when we next visit this part of the Island. Many Thanks again to Andrea.
