"Minha estadia foi incrível, me senti em casa. O local é limpo e aconchegante, nos fazendo ficar a vontade. Não é um hotel tradicional, mas isso foi positivo; apesar de não ter recepção, o atendimento online é rápido e eficiente. O Lobby do hotel é organizado e possui itens extras (café, chá, sabonete, etc) caso falte algo em seu quarto. A localização é ótima e o bairro é lindo. O banheiro é limpo, claro, arejado e iluminado. Amei a estadia!"

"Localização realmente excelente, banheiros e cozinhas limpas, aparentemente seguro. Mas é um hostel, e as fotos não correspondem à hospedagem. Ou seja, para uma viagem curta a dois é um bom local, para viajantes a negócios que precisam de espaço para trabalho, não é a melhor opção (meu caso, tive que usar algumas opões de cafés super-lotadas ao redor)."

"It was a clean place, but the shared bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the heater wasn’t working well, I had to sleep with my jacket on plus it was super noisy and would turn on and off automatically so I was constantly waking up scared. There’s no check-in desk, so everything is handled via email. While the staff responded quickly, the process felt less flexible. I would recommend for a few days. "

"Great location! Right next to a park and close to the city center. The room was small but fine. The shower was excellent. However, the downside is that the hotel has no reception. There is no human contact. I mention this because I arrived in Boston at 8 a.m., and check-in wasn’t until 4 p.m. I went to the hotel after leaving the airport to see if I could at least leave my bags while waiting for check-in time. "Having to have cleaning of the room as an extra charge should be noted clearly for any future occupants. The unit is not close to any restaurant or store unless you want to walk 10 minutes to get there and carry anything back. It is not convenient to anything of note. Would not stay there again. It was clean but that's the best I could say for the property. "

"Clean, great location. Bad communication on how to get keys. Traveling from out of town, asked for early check in. Denied. I get it. They sent info that I would need to get keys from a kiosk. No location sent on kiosk. Figured it was so I would not check in early. Got to south station around 2. Made my way down to the address for the apartment, because I had no response to messages asking for the location of the kiosk. Got to the apartment location at 3. Called. Talked to an agent for 20 minutes...

"I really liked the Hotel, but I will never go back because on the night of January 26, 2025, I was disrespected by the waiter “Mustafa” in the Hotel Lobby in front of my wife... A rude, rough, unprepared individual, who threw me out of the Hotel Lobby, because I was drinking a beer brought from my room... However, my wife was drinking a drink bought at the Hotel bar. I went through such humiliation and she even called the security guard. How sad that there are hotels that allow people like this...
