"Exactly as listed, I’ve been coming to Avon yearly for decades, (anyone have a nice place for sale?) This property is right on 12 basically as soon as you get into town. Walking distance to the beach and Froggy Dogs. The pool table and arcade games on the first floor are a nice touch. Would recommend and stay again. "

"We were just here for a little weekend get-away before Christmas. The house is as advertised. It feels like staying at your friends well-loved beach house. The view is beautiful, you are close to everything and there is plenty of room for kids (and the dog) to relax. "All of our family members set aside a few days to celebrate their birthday, Thanksgiving and Christmas at a special location with amazing adventures planned. This year we met in Avon NC! The VRBO we stayed in was absolutely perfect for us and everyone loved it!!
