"Set within the gates of Beaver Creek this property is absolutely amazing! The setting is quiet and beautiful. Decor is extremely tasteful inside and out. There was plenty of room for our dogs, extended family and friends. The hottub was an extra bonus. Every detail in this home is a treat, from the kitchen with plenty of cooking and serving dishes, glasses and utensils, along with two dishwashers for large parties, to games, puzzles, extra fridge in the garage. "Six friends stayed here for a reunion/vacation. Nice place. Spacious and clean. One drawback, but not a deal breaker. This place does not have a very well equipped kitchen. There are lots of specialty gadgets, but not some of the basics. If they added some cutting boards, measuring cups and spoons, and mixing bowls, then it'd be great. A pancake griddle would be nice too."

"This property was as advertised! We loved that three families had, in essence , their own spaces, but had a great kitchen, den, movie (sports), and pool rooms for all families to spend time together! Ed was a great host and very responsive to any requests! We will definitely stay here again!"

"Annual Family and Friends Thanksgiving birthday celebration! We love this home. Very spacious and comfortable. The windows in the great room were so nice overlooking a walking trail and likely a golf course is under all the snow! Very well stocked home. Lovely fireplace. Convenient to stores and freeway. "It was clean but needed to be clear about the number of steps to access the property."

"It started with our check in code not working. We were able to call to get a new code and the person we talked to was very friendly and helpful. When we entered the property it smelled like a wet dog on the first floor. The second floor smelled like someone had been deep frying food just an hour before. There was food and liquid stains on the walls. There was an old Gatorade bottle tucked under one of the bunk beds with old fluid in it. There were finger prints all over the sliding glass door....

"The pictures of the property do not do it justice. This is a stunning property. It is beautiful, well equipped and cozy with plenty of space to spread out. The location is great. You can go to Vail or head over to Beavercreek. My family and I had one of the best vacations we have ever had!"

"Place was nice and clean. Love the sound of the river flowing at night with windows open. Very spacious and close to everything. "

"There was some major areas that had not been dusted or cleaned in quite some time (i.e., the built-in buffet in the dining area and the fireplace hearth). The sheets were a problem in two of the five bedrooms in that they caused severe itching and rashes. We ended up buying blankets to use instead of sheets. "This was our third time to visit Beaver Creek. We loved the location of this condo! Close to the community pickleball court and pool. Condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked! Comfy beds! Would totally stay here again!!! We already discussed booking for next summer."
