"We had a wonderful stay. We were in town to visit family. Captain Mike was a great host, extremely accommodating, helped us check in late, had breakfast made every morning and went above and beyond to provide food we liked (even milk for our baby). "The staff was amazing in every way. They are so welcoming and helpful all the time. There is a nice beach just 100 m away and it was beautiful. You can go to chios with bus or taxi in 10 minute time. There are two really nice restaurant and cafes near the beach. The facilities are ok for us. We weren’t expecting 5 star hotel so there is no disappointment for us. Thanks for having us and see you next year. "

"Property is very nice and in a wonderful location in Karfas and Margarita is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the 2bd/1ba on the top floor. It was plenty roomy with a nice breeze, and the views were beautiful from all windows/patio. There are some beach toys for the kids to use, a nice shower to rinse of the salt and sand, and easy street parking a few steps away. Of the three locations we stayed while in Chios, this was the kids (6 & 8 yo) favorite."

"Everything was absolutely spectacular! Anne was very helpful through and through and so was the staff. We even had to check out early because of a mix-up (different situation) and she said the next time we visit breakfast is on the house! The only reason communication was not excellent was that we had difficulty contacting them because we didn't have an international plan and they did not have WhatsApp. That would be our only suggestion so we could contact them on Wifi. "We booked a 2 night stay , our ferry arrived at 6am but the owner very kindly let us check in at 7.30am which was perfect as we have travelled from the uk. "The only real issue is the traffic noise that i think every hotel is exposed to. I thought thiscwas not on the main rd. It is. I saw all the other options. None looked better. A few were in between it and airport so u would have to walk. Tv channels were poor. Breakfast was large but not top notch quality. I had to ask for room upgrade. Fyi. I walked to airport. Took 25 minutes."
