"We had a glorious week in Avalon! Only to be “topped” by our accommodations. The house was gorgeous, clean and offered all amenities of home. We had plenty of room, 2 teens and 2 adults, with friends coming in and out during week. We were not on top of each other. We loved the location as you could walk for exercise or take a stroll to town."

"Our family had a great time staying at this condo. The check-in process was smooth and not having to bring linens made our trip much smoother. "Our family of 6 adults and 4 children truly enjoyed our stay! The house was perfectly located between the beach and town. It was an easy 2 block walk to the beach which brought us to the beginning of the boardwalk. Great for morning walks and fun at the playground for the kids. "Clean and comfortable. My family and dog were very happy. Located in a quiet neighborhood the 15 min walk to the beach was right on for this 70 year old. Would recommend to anyone. The deck was lovely. "

"Wonderful proximity to beach, pool in good shape. Though it was clear this was a rental property, some obvious user fatigue, the owner was responsive when it was important. The few light switches that didn't work, tho to be fair owner did mention that before occupancy, the leak on pavement from maybe outdoor shower or hose which though a nice shower we did not use as the ocean was a bit cold for us to jump in. Overall I would recommend for a relaxing vacation."

"Great location, very clean home, many antiques throughout the home. Oven was dirty, called but cleaning crew could not clean(too busy) deck was very old and needed to be replaced. You can see by the pictures on site. House is up for sale. We used the pool a lot. Big house for our family. Only has 2 full bathrooms and 1/2 bath. Large dining room and breakfast area. Great vacation in Avalon."
