6,000 square ft home. 30 feet from Lake Austin. Swimming pool, hot tub, outside entertaining areas. Close enough to downtown yet secluded. Gate, walled property. Complete privacy

Large back yard with the only sandy beach on Lake Austin. Grill for up to 25 people. Exclusive Austin CC access for golfers. Multiple decks for entertaining large groups. Boat tie off to dock available.

Three king and two queen size beds. Several air mattresses and couches.

Parking: Can park up to 6 vehicles.

Transportation: 20 minutes to Downtown, 40 minutes to the Circuit of The Americas track and 35 minutes to Austin Bergstrom International Airport.

Pets: **None Allowed**

Smoking: **No smoking allowed, in or outside the home**

Perfect for family vacation or entertaining. There is no other property directly on Lake Austin as nice as this one. Amazing!

Groups larger than 12-15 are allowed for special occasions but must be reviewed and authorized by the owner in advance of stay.

Perfect Spot for a Perfect Weekend!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is located on a picturesque part of Lake Austin - near of fun little “cafe” and a really pretty hiking trail (Turkey Creek). Dr. Jay, our host, was welcoming, helpful, and committed to making our stay everything we wanted it to be! We were in for our son’s wedding, and the house provided the perfect backdrop for our small welcome dinner. Hoping for an excuse to go back!

Amazing house and perfect location!
Beautiful lakefront property! Only 2 lots down from ski shores, easy to walk over for lunch or dinner. 5 giant bedrooms, everyone slept great. Spent most of our time in backyard, huge infinity pool and hot tub overlooking lake, plenty of towels. Beach entry to lake and beautiful view from deck. Very clean property with amazing decor. Had everything we needed and more! Immediate response from owner with any questions, we can’t wait to come back! Thanks so much Jay!

Pictures don’t do this place justice. The house is not only breathtakingly beautiful, w easy access to lake austin and ski shores, it’s fully equipped w everything you need to cook for large groups, plenty of fluffy towels, and many other little touches to make it feel like home.

I can’t say enough great things about this house! Bedroom arrangements were perfect for our house. Master is huge and beds are so comfortable! House is very accommodating and owner supplies so many things most vrbo’s don’t like soap, shampoo and conditioner in every shower. Extra toilet paper (Charmin!) and paper towels, laundry supplies, pool towels, pool toys, etc etc!!! One big extra is the pool is in the shade all day so fair skinned kiddos won’t get sunburned! If you want sun there’s plenty by the sandy beach or in a lounge chair above the boathouse. The owner is awesome about communicating within seconds of sending him a text if you have any questions!!! Great outdoor restaurant just steps away from the house. Will definitely be back!!!!

5-Star Experience
Dr. Jay was highly communicative before and during our stay. The house is phenomenal. We had 10 friends stay, everyone was comfortable and had the best time. Will certainly book again!

Great Spring Vacation
This house was amazing...beautiful interior and exterior. We used to live on Lake Austin and this vacation made us feel at home again! The views are amazing and there are so many places in house and on the beautifully landscaped back yard to enjoy morning coffee, happy hour and dinner! Enjoyed the dock, the pool and the hot tub! Not only was the house amazing, but Dr J was also a great host! I will be booking Dr. J's house again!

Wonderful property
Dr. Jay’s property was perfect for our reunion. There were plenty of comfortable beds, a wonderful kitchen and grill, privacy, and clear communication. The view from the pool was beautiful, and we enjoyed watching the water skiers and visiting the restaurant with great drinks just steps away. Overall wonderful and very grateful to have found this property with such a helpful owner. We hope to come back!

Amazing House & Location, Location!
You cannot beat this location, absolutely amazing spot on Lake Austin! The house is super clean, spacious and can’t beat the pool and hot tub facing the lake. It’s unbelievable. The yard slopes down near the lake and it’s a small beach. Very nice to walk into the lake. We had a boat and we’re able to pull up to the dock for east pick up and drop off. Steps away from Ski Shore Café (also amazing). Lastly, Jay’s communication was so appreciated. Anything we had a question on or local recommendations he was so quick to reply. I cannot recommend Jay’s place enough. A+++++

Terrific Property, Great Location & Outstanding Host
Property is situated in an excellent setting, either to kick back and relax or go out and enjoy the lake. It is an expensive house to rent though a good value for large homes on Lake Austin. "Dr. Jay" - the owner and host could not be more attentive or responsive to any requests, typically got back to us within minutes, whether day or night. We hav never experienced a more responsive host, and we have rented similar properties literally all over the world. A terrific property, a great location and an outstanding host, what's not to like? I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. If you are looking to host a large gathering on Lake Austin, this is the property.You will love it.

PERFECT!
We rented this beautiful property for our son and his groomsmen who haven’t seen each other since 2020. It was such an amazing property. Each room was exactly as shown on Vrbo. All the men said beds were comfortable. Pool and back yard couldn’t be more beautiful. It was the best hangout spot for all of them to enjoy. Dr. Jay was great at communicating with me. He made himself available at any hour if we had questions. It was simply PERFECT!

Lakefront Texas Manor
My 4 girlfriends left our husbands at home and traveled to Austin to celebrate a birthday for 5 nights. Our lovely Vrbo rental was in this grand, oversized, Texan-style, and eclectically decorated home. We each had our own large bedroom, comfortable bed, bathroom (2 shared a Jack-and-Jill bathroom) and a ton of indoor and outdoor sitting spaces. Dr. Jay communicated frequently and thoroughly with all the helpful house information that we needed. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the spacious kitchen as well as outside by the lake. We had a memorable stay at 3111 Ski Shores Terrace!

Beautiful Propery
This house is beautiful with a great spot on the lake. The little restaurant next door was good food and great drinks. They close a bit early so plan accordingly. Communication with the host was overly thourough and easy to check in and out of the home. Definitely recommend the stay! Bathrooms were stocked with towels and very clean. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and very clean. Great stay and will definitely be back again!

We had a great time staying here! Dr. Jay, the owner, is nice, accommodating and attentive to anything that was needed. The home had it all with a gorgeous view! The neighborhood is perfect! There is a cafe within walking distance with great food, drinks, and a place for kids to play. Highly recommend this property!
