Welcome to your home away from home in Cedar Park, Texas! This spacious 5-bedroom house offers comfort, convenience, and plenty of room for your group to relax and unwind.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a large living room with cathedral ceilings, creating a bright and airy atmosphere perfect for gathering with friends and family. Families that eat together, stay together. There are two dining spaces for everyone to enjoy! The updated gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay.
In addition to the formal living room, there's a cozy family room where you can kick back and watch your favorite movies or enjoy a game night. Need to catch up on some work? No problem! The upstairs meeting space doubles as a game table, providing the ideal setting for both productivity and play.
The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, offering a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring the area. Upstairs, you'll find three more bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two twin beds, ensuring everyone has their own comfortable space to rest. The entire home is for you to enjoy including the 2 car garage and access to the full sized washer and dryer. The backyard is fully fenced and private. One closet is locked and reserved for supplies. Guests will receive a door code after booking is complete.
This is a lovely quiet residential neighborhood.
We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their refills.
Verification Portal:
To keep everything secure and smooth, we might ask for a government-issued ID, a confirmation of your contact details, a matching credit card, and possibly a quick background check.
Don’t worry—your information is only used for verification and isn’t stored.
By booking, you agree to our rental terms, provide the necessary documents before check-in, and understand that check-in details will be sent after we complete the verification.
We'll also place a temporary hold on your credit card as a security deposit. This hold is just a pre-authorization and will be released automatically within 2 days after check-out, as long as everything goes smoothly.
Age Restriction:
Guests booking must be at least 25 years old, in line with local regulations and HOA rules. If you’re under 25, you’re welcome to stay as long as a parent or legal guardian accompanies you for the entire trip.
Pest Control:
We also perform regular pest control to keep the space comfortable, but since we’re close to nature, you might occasionally encounter a critter or two.
Pet Fee/s:
We’re happy to welcome pets! The pet fee is $100 for one pet for the entire stay. If you’re bringing a second pet, please let us know in advance—an additional fee of $50 applies for short-term stays or $100 for long-term stays. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 charge per pet. Thanks for understanding!
To keep our home well-maintained and comfortable for every guest, we work with professional service providers. During your stay, you may notice them taking care of the following:
