The house, located in Historic Bouldin Creek, is home to Austin's old hippies and young techies and features 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms with Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room and can sleep 8 guests. This neighborhood captures the nostalgia felt for an idealized time in small-town Austin. Please pay close attention to the following: Non-compliance could result in sizable fines.
-A 3-night minimum stay may be required.
-The maximum occupancy is 8 adults.
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 30 years old.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-Pets need prior approval. Please reach out for more information about Pet Fees and Refundable Pet Deposits.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

Great stay!
My friends and I (7 total) stayed here during our time at ACL. It’s about a 45 min walk to and from Zilker Park and conveniently located around lots of bars and restaurants.

Mostly great
The place is nice, easy to find, and in a good location that met our needs. The only knocks are 1. We turned on the ice maker only to find out the next day that it leaks. Would have been nice to know that was why it was shut off 2 house needs some minor repairs 3. Listing and the ‘book’ state there are smart TV’s in each room. This is not the case. Not a problem but don’t say it if it’s not true. Would stay again

ACL Weekend Stay
This property and its management are incredible. The online description and pictures were accurate, and any questions that I had before our stay were answered with detail by the property management. I would like to give a special thank you to DeAnna. Prior to our stay, she called and gave advice and recommendations for our ACL plans. She even had hats, water bottles, sunscreen, and other goodies set up for us at the house upon arrival. The house was close enough to ride scooters or walk to Zilker Park for ACL - 10/10!

Perfect Austin Getaway
I have had some uncomfortable experiences with vacation rentals, but this one restored my faith in the non-hotel option. Our group of grown siblings + grown kids + 1 prospective Longhorn (7 people total) had the best & most comfortable time staying in this house on our cousin's anniversary party weekend. We have varying levels of experience Austin, and chose it for the location because proximity to UT, shopping and exploring SoCo was important--especially for the grown kids who currently live in NYC. They were not disappointed! Every destination was very easily accessible as well. The house was impeccably cleaned, neatly designed and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. We easily parked 3 cars (including a full sized truck) in the driveway. The street is definitely quiet, which we appreciated. Michaela, our concierge, was prompt & super helpful. We were really grateful she arranged for a slightly easier check in time for us, which was nice because we had had long travel days. Would love to come back during warmer weather to take advantage of the back yard. I will recommend this to anyone I know needs a place to stay in Austin.

Great location
Perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants. Master bath can use as little care on trim work/updating but overall great place. We enjoyed using outside back fire pit area but would suggest possibly working on backyard enjoyment a bit. Lots of bugs.

Great location
We lucked selecting those rental because it was walking distance to South Congress and Also South 1st where there are great restaurants, coffee shops, food trucks. The house met our needs and like it says in its name…it is a launch pad. If you want to cook and have a sit down meal for 6 this isn’t the rental for you. Kitchen is small and table seats 4, but we didn’t need that. It is in a quiet neighborhood with easily walkable to so many things or an easy drive if you prefer..

Great location, very "snug"
We stayed at the end of March, and the location is fantastic, but the "blue themed" mattress in one of the guest rooms was NOT a queen a bed even though it was advertised as such. It was more of a full, and did cause some frustration. Other than that, it was a great time at a great located house. 3.5/5 stars (but I could only do 3 or 4, so I rounded up).

Amazing quick trip!
We had planned to come sooner and stay longer, but Covid ruined those plans. Renters club could not have been nicer. They let us change our dates, no problem. Unfortunately the prices had gone up, so we had to cut the trip shorter. But no worries, we had a great time! The house is in a perfect location, easy to get to everything. It’s on a really cute street as well. We needed a roll away bed, which they happily provided, and had it all set up for us. The house was great for the 6 adults in our group. The backyard looked really cute if the weather had been warmer, we probably would’ve hung out at night out there. The kitchen is tiny, but we didn’t do any cooking. We did appreciate the coffee that was provided!. Only one little issue, the master shower is very slippery, as well as the tile. I actually slipped and fell the first time I used it. Not a great way to start a weekend. Luckily, I only suffered some minor soreness. Every time I had corresponded with Renters Club, someone responded within minutes! Great service. The check in was super easy as well. Thank you for a memorable trip!

The house is exactly what they say and what the picture show. Plenty of space very clean. I had a question about the TV/Wi-Fi and it was answered within seconds with a text. You can walk to A variety of things right from the house.

Great location, but in need of some TLC.
First off, the location is great- a short walk to S Congress which is full of shops and restaurants. Rental process and management team was an easy process. My only complaint is that the communications all included warnings for females to not get makeup on white towels; however, no black or dark towels were provided. I found that strange. If it’s such a huge concern, please provide a few small black towels so that we can 100% ensure that no stains are left behind. The house was nice, but really needed some TLC in areas. The upstairs bathroom baseboards, walls and floors were filthy. They really need to be painted. The shower curtain was moldy and stained. The bedrooms were nice, but the beds were hard. Each bedroom had a TV which was a plus. After loading a glass into the dishwasher, I realized the glass had a sticker on the bottom which means it’s likely wasn’t washed before I used it…gross. In addition, when loading the dishwasher for a run, I realized the pod never popped out of the compartment. Double gross. I guess a hot water only wash killed everything? After our dishwasher run the pod still remained unused. Again, TLC is needed all around. The outside area was very peaceful with great furniture. The street noise and neighbors were all quiet.

Perfect Place To Stay!
The property looked exactly like what was shown in the pictures! Check-in was super simple, and the location was easy to find. There are many restaurants in the immediate area and the prices were reasonable. Our family especially enjoyed sitting around the fireplace and visiting over the holidays!

Comfy and quiet house, just steps from So. Congress
This was a very comfortable house, and perfect for our family - my wife and I and two of our adult children. The manager was very proactive in terms of contacting me prior to our stay. The full coffee and tea setup was most welcome, as was the well-stocked kitchen. The beds were great, and the house is very comfortable, with a great deck and yard out back which we didn't use because it was so cold out, and we were busy checking out all that Austin has to offer. We would certainly stay here again the next time we visit.

We had a group of 4 adults who visited Austin in early December...the property was literally the perfect size and location for us! Beds were super comfy, nice to have the split level, and great to have the kitchen ameneties. Communication and check-in/out process was smooth and easy. Thank you!
