Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, we are conveniently located less than a mile from downtown Round Rock. Our house is also right off interstate 35 making our location perfect for couples looking to visit the Round Rock/Austin area. Downtown Round Rock is quickly becoming a local attraction in its our right, it offers plenty of shopping and wonderful places to dine. We are also only 10 minutes from Dell Diamond for anyone visiting Round Rock on business. We are 4 miles from the Kalahari Resort.

This two bedroom one-bathroom unit can easily accommodate 8 guests.

The first bedroom houses one full size XL bed and the second bedroom offers 2 full size XL beds and we even throw in a queen sofa bed, the more the merrier right?

Our home has been split into two floors which can be rented separately or as one single unit to accommodate up to 12 guests with an adjoining staircase located inside the house and separated by locked doors.

The house is split into two separate units. Unit B which is located on the first floor is a one bedroom one-bathroom unit that sports a cozy living room with a queen-size pull-out couch and a small kitchen.

Unit A which is located on the second floor offers 2 bedrooms, one with a full size XL bed and the other bedroom has two full size XL beds as well as a kitchen. There is also a queen size pull-out couch.

The two units each have a private entrance but are accessible by an adjoining staircase located inside of the home which is separated by deadbolt locked doors.

We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. The best thing about our neighborhood is the location. We are within walking distance of Downtown Round Rock. Suburban Round Rock is quickly becoming the gem of Austin and by staying with us you are right in the middle of everything. Can't wait to host your stay with us.

Being that we are located in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.

Close to train tracks so guests will hear the sound from the occasional train passing through the area.

We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.

We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.

No Shoes in the house.

No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.

No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.

Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!

Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!

ABSOLUTLEY NO parties allowed! Reservation will be canceled immediately.

We do not offer late checkouts.

No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.
